Andrew Riedell | 2 years before | Main Lounge

I walk inside the warm hotel.

I should ask Layla if she's free tomorrow, we could go walking on the last day on this island.

I went to the main lounge where everyone basically were at. I bump into Lacie and Alex who were dancing with each other. 'Watch it man!' Alex fumes.

'Hey, sorry man,' I apologise.

'Alex he said sorry, let's just go, it's a party not one of your-' Lacie's voice disappears in the crowd as her and Alex walk off. I went to the food table to see if there were any refreshments left but there were none.

I thought about Layla again and so as I was about to head to the door. Chris suddenly comes barging into me and pushes me aside, causing me to fall to the ground.

'What the hell dude?!' But as Chris turns to me, his pupils was pure white or creamish looking.

What the fuck?

Mia suddenly bumps into me, 'Sorry Andrew!'

But before I could say anything, she's already gone.

I ignore what was happening and I walk to the front of the hotel where the steps were, but Layla was gone.

She must've went inside.

However, I saw someone walking in the distance, but before I could call out their name, I heard someone screaming.

Andrew Riedell | 1 year before | School Lockers

I walk into school, however the atmosphere felt weirdly different as I saw students whispering to each other. I turn a hallway and finally reach to my locker.

I turn the wheel code of the locker:

5-17-12

The locker unlocks and I start placing books from bag into my locker and taking my books out for the following class.

'Did you hear?' James pushes my locker close, 'about Mia?'

'What about Mia?' I ask as I look at my text books, almost ignoring what James was saying.

'She killed herself yesterday,' James replies.

I look up, shock of what I just heard, 'she what?'

I see Layla walk pass by us crying and was next to me at her locker.

'Shit Layla, you alright?' James asks.

'Shut up! I don't want to talk about it!' Layla tears up even more.

'Why are you so upset about this? You don't even hang out with her anymore!' James states.

'You know what James, if you really want to know, everyone in this fucking school was responsible for her death!' Layla starts making a scene as everyone watches her, 'People bullied her, people laughed and watched her suffer, and I-' Layla stops talking.

'I wasn't a good friend to her.'
