Heidi Jones | 12:59am | Fallen Lighthouse
My eyes blur when I open them. The exact blur I saw when I first woke up on this island. "Heidi!" I could hear a guy scream at me. "Heidi wake up!" I finally open my eyes and I could see part of the lighthouse above me.
Why? What? Why is the-
I look around and I realise I'm on part of the fallen lighthouse, one of the walls still connected to the lighthouse has titled into the ocean, but still intact.
I realise my body is sliding slowly down into the ocean, however I could see bricks falling from the lighthouse and I roll over to my side.
"HEIDI!" I look up and could see Mitch on top of the lighthouse.
"IF YOU CAN CLIMB TO THE TOP, YOU CAN REACH THE MAINLAND," Mitch screams.
"FUCK OK!" I shout back.
Time to put my rock-climbing class in use.
I jump ahead of me to reach a brick that I could grab hold onto. I slowly progress to the top, but the lighthouse is now falling down even more. "Fuck Heidi!" I look up at Mitch, "I'm going to have to get out of the top, you good down there?"
"Yeah! Just help me up when I get to the top!" I yell back, breathing heavily.
I almost make it the top of the lighthouse, however the lighthouse was falling down fast this time. I could see a metal pipe that looks unstable to grab onto, but I also saw ledge which was way too far for me to jump.
Shit! What do I do?!
I had to gamble my choices, the lighthouse was pulling me down with it. I make a leap of faith for the metal pipe and it pulls me down, but abruptly stops. I sigh in relief.
"HEIDI?!" Mitch calls out in worry, "Yeah I'm fine, pull me up!"
I see Mitch reach out his hand and I grab hold. Being pulled up, I could hear shrieks again.
"Not this shit again," I groan. I made it onto the mainland. I lay down on the ground where the lighthouse once stood, and I close my eyes. "How long did I clonk out?" I ask Mitch.
"Long enough to at least get out of there," Mitch laughs.
The shriek were getting louder. "What are we going to do now?" I ask.
"You saw the wave right?" Mitch questions.
"No?" I reply as I stood up and saw a massive wave ready to hit the island in a matter of minutes.
"I don't think it's going to hit us?" I guess, "We're on top of the-" I could hear a car engine approach us.
"Holy shit, it's the others!" Mitch wails as both of us head to the car.
The car stops and I ran to the door, but no one was inside. I look down inside the car and I could see the same creature that was following us from before.
I try to get away, but I could hear my hair being grabbed onto.
I could hear Mitch screaming, I could feel pain piercing through my neck and I could see blackness.
James Blake | 12:58am | Burning Forest
I could feel sweat trickling down my forehead as the heat from the fire around us was warming me up.
"Why did we drive through here?" Lacie complains as she starts taking off her jacket.
"I can't believe Mia is still fucking alive?" Brock utters under his breath. Brock was told before that Mia was alive and now he's been talking to himself for five minutes straight.
"Are we almost out James?" Elizabeth starts breathing heavily as Sophia starts shouting.
"Keep it down! We need to get to high grounds and the area where the lighthouse sat is the highest ground we got," I scold at Sophia and basically everyone.
Suddenly one of those monsters leap onto our car and all of us scream. "LACIE GET YOUR AXE-" the monster's arm swoops down and scratches my shoulder.
"Argh!" I scream as the car swerves.
"GUYS JUMP!" I yell as I could see Brock leap out of the car as well as Sophia.
"I can't jump while the car is going this fast!" Lacie cries.
Elizabeth swears and also jumps out of the car and I could see her roll down the hill.
The monster still on top of the car goes in for another swoop and that's when I push Lacie and I make a jump for it as well.
My body slams onto the ground as I look ahead of me. I could see the car slow down, but I could also see Heidi!
She survived the boat crash?!
I try to warn them, but I couldn't say anything, my body felt so numb.
Fuck! They don't know the fucking thing is in there.
I try to call out, but the scratch must of done something to my body.
But it was too late, I could see Heidi getting murdered and I all I could do was watch.
