Nice to Meet You Again

The whole event Tom would stare at you. Sure he'd look around and look at all the other people, but somehow his eyes would always meet yours. You would blush every time that he looked at you. This made Lily and Matt want to scream because their best friend literally has their celebrity crush staring at them.

"So, Tom," the interviewer said, "besides being Spider-Man of course, what is your favorite part about your journey?" Tom looked around and then smiled.

"Well, like you said being Spider-Man is pretty epic," he chuckled. "But I really love meeting my fans. They are the best, and I know and love that they will always have my back. They helped me get on this journey and I am forever grateful for that." he smiled and the crowd cheered. Including you.

"Y/N, what is happening with you and Tom?" Matt said raising his eyebrows.

"Nothing," you say smiling.

"I don't believe that." he smirked.

"I- I honestly don't know." What was happening between you and Tom? You were a fan, and he was a celebrity, yet there was something there. You didn't know what but it was there. It wasn't a bad thing, though.

The interview ended and Tom went around taking pictures with everyone.

He made his way over to where you, Lily, and Matt sat. You smiled and he smiled back.

"Can we have a picture?" Lily asked him.

"Of course!" she gave him her phone and you three posed. He took the picture and you guys thanked him. He walked over to you. 

"Would you like a picture?" he smirked.

You laughed. "I would like a picture." He took your phone now, and took the picture.

"Thank you." you said.

"No problem, darling." He then had to keep moving and took pictures with more people. 

You, Lily, and Matt walked out of the even area and that is when they went crazy asking you questions and being excited about what happened.

"Y/N, WHAT THE HECK JUST HAPPENED IN THERE?" Lily exclaimed.

"What do you mean?"

"WITH TOM?"

"What? The interview?"

"NO, THE WHOLE DANG THING!"

"I-"

"Look, Y/N, what Lily is trying to say is that Tom came over and WE had to ask him for a picture. He went over to you, and asked YOU if you wanted a picture."

"Okay... but doesn't he do that to every fan? I've seen plenty of other people he's done that to." you looked down.

"Yes he might have said it, but I guarantee you that he doesn't look at them the way he looks at you." Lily said putting a hand on your shoulder.

"Maybe." You smiled.

Time had passed and you three were waiting in line to go meet Tom. The line was pretty long, but that was to be expected so you guys made the best of it. 

"Smile," Lily said and you guys posed for a selfie.

"Aww I like that one," you said. "I don't look like a potato for once." that made you all laugh.

"You never look like a potato."Matt said looking at you.
