Title: On Some Farm

A/N: I put the two parts I've made of this together so it's a long one. Also sorry for no update the past couple of weeks. I've been having a hard time to balance school, guard and personal life recently.

They forced him here, that's what I know. Somehow Steve thought my place is the best thing for Bucky to "calm down", whatever that means. James Buchanan Barnes is man to not mess with. He has a darker past than most people. He can snap any second with a couple of words. Many have lost hope on him... but not Steve.

"Steve, why do I have to be the therapist for the broken soldier?" I ask with anger in my voice. Steve thinks this place is better than Wakanda... my ass. This place is meant for horses, cows and other animals. Not for some man that can kill me at any second.

"One, because this place is isolated. Two, you know how to fight for yourself. Three, you can catch him up on culture. Four, he can help rebuild your fences." My arms that were cross slowly fall down to my side. I look away from the man who's eyes plead for help. I close my eyes. I take a deep breath in. I let it out.

"Steve... you know my past... I just can't let him in." I look to Steve. He walks closer to me. He wraps his arms around me.

"He's not HYDRA..." I push Steve away from me. I shake my head.

"It's not that Steve... I got this place for a reason... this is my getaway, finally away from the world." I look outside the windows. I turn around and walk to them. I stare out them. The cows that graze the grass. For miles the green grass stretches. The sun almost to be soon set only in about an hour.

"Kylie... please." I look to the car that Steve has taken with him. I notice the man that holds his head down. I look to Steve.

"You owe me." I see the smile that shows on the man's face. I walk to the door and open it. I walk to the car. The man lifts his head and sees me. I notice those blue eyes of his that makes want to freeze in place but I don't. I get to the door and open it.

"Come on, I gotta make this place seem home to you." The man stares at me. He nods his head and unbuckles his seatbelt. He stands up. Steve opens the trunk. I walk towards the house. We walk on the porch. I turn around to see the boys slowly follow behind.

"Hurry up, Steve took me away from making dinner! I believe Bucky and I would love to eat!" They nod their head and walk on the porch. I take the boys to Bucky's room. Steve leaves shortly and I show Bucky around. I walk downstairs and go to the kitchen. I turn the stove on. I grab a pot and fill it about half way with water. I put it on the lit stove. I grab the potatoes and start to peel them over the trash can. I would have soak them but Steve took awhile to convince me to say yes. I throw the potatoes in the boiling water. I soon grab a pan and put it on another burner. I put the unfrozen stakes and turn the burner on. I put the stakes on the burner and put the garlic pepper seasoning on both sides. I grab a little glass bowl and pour the box of instant stuffing in it. I pour a little bit of water and put the bowl in the microwave. I put the timer on and hit start. I walk over to the table off to the side. I take a seat down and look outside. There I notice the sun go down. I walk over to the window. I stare outside the window. I hear someone walk downstairs.

"I got this place to get away from everyone." I muttered to myself but I know he hears me. I turn around to see him quickly look away. I walk to the stove. I pour the water out of the pot of potatoes and walk to the mixer. I pour the potatoes in it. I grab a knife and butter. I turn the mixer on and get a slice of butter. I put the butter with the potatoes that mash up together. I walk over to the stakes and flip them over.
