I quickly scanned the room and saw Ruby wasn't here. I closed the door and started dialing Alli's number.
"Kate!" Alli squealed into the phone once she picked it up, I could hear Tom and Cody in the background too.
"Hey wassup"
"We're busting to see you girl!"
"I know, I miss you guys too" I replied honestly.
"You really need come over"
"I would love to -"
"Great how bout Tuesday after school? I'll get someone to pick you up!"
"Yeah but try not to make it to noticeable, please and-"
"Don't worry I won't so how are you?" She giggled.
"Great...how's Cody?" I asked sighing, I really hope he was ok.
"He's great now knowing that you're here" She said excitedly.
"He doesn't hate me?"
"Course not girl, hey I got to go, we gotta start heading down to the studio"
That meant the world to me that he didn't hate me, you don't know how relieved I feel.
"Sure, tell everyone I said hi"
"Will do see ya"
There was then a knock at the door.
"Hey Rubz" I greeted looking up from my phone.
"Hey, I need to ask you something"
"Sure" I said as I let her take a seat on the end of my bed.
"Well you've had a boyfriend right?"
"Uh yeah bu-"
"Great, I need your help"
"I really don't think I'm your girl for this" I chuckled.
"And why not?" She asked raising an eyebrow
"Just because" I sighed, remembering about Cody.
"Well, I've had a crush on this guy for about a year now or somethin and I have no idea what to do, I don't wanna tell my friends cause their close to him and..."
"I'm not?" I finished her sentence of skeptically whilst she nodded, "Do I know him?" I asked and she slowly nodded. "Who is it?"
"Not telling" She smirked.
"Then how am I meant to help you?" I questioned.
"Fine...its E-"
"Kids dinner!" Nat yelled from the kitchen.
"This isn't over it's either Ethan or Eli and I will find out which one" I giggled and she blushed.
* * *
"Who is it?!" I whisper/shouted to Ruby during 4th period. I've been trying to get her crush out of her all day with no such luck.
"I'm not telling" She whispered back. "Not yet"
"So I will find out?!" I bounced with hope.
"Yes"
The day went by in a massive blur, all I got out of it was a truck load of homework that I will catch up on with Ruby.
"So how did the concert go?" Ethan asked on our way to lunch.
"Pure torture"
