Chapter 10 Part 2

"Kate?" She asked cautiously

"ALLI!" I squealed still not believing it was her as I grasped her into a bone crushing hug.

"K-Kate?! What are you doing here aren't you meant to be in Australia?! How long have you been here for? My gosh you look beautiful!" I laughed at how much she blabbed and how much of it I actually got. And before you ask, no I am not mad at Alli, Tom, Brad or Angie. I mean I love how they all left as a team and stuff for Cody I just can't get over the fact that he left without a goodbye and that we lost contact when he said we would always stay in touch.

I told her everything that has happened over the past 2 years and she did the same seeing how I blocked myself out from the media world once Cody left.

She was now doing modeling with Jen and she has a stage name of JBiz! They were extremely close and stuff as Jen has been doing acting in several disney channel shows. I cannot believe that it was her I ran into at the airport. Alli has also been trying to get into acting with Jen and is shooting a movie at the end of the year called the 12 dogs of christmas!

"Is Jen here?!" I ask as Alli fixed up some of my make up.

"Yup" She replied popping the 'p' "You have to come see her and Cody! OMG you have to tell Cody your here! And-"

"No...A-Alli!" I said twisting my wrist to get out of her grasp.

"What's wrong? Why don't you want to see him I thought you loved him?" She asked and I could see the excitement in her eyes flicker with disappear and with concern. Damn they looked exactly like Cody's.

"What? I did...I mean I do its just I can't face him. He left without a good bye Al, and left some stupid note and a bracelet?! He promised to stay in contact! -"

"You haven't read the letter have you?" She asked

"Yeah...well...no...I-I couldn't" I replied quietly.

I could feel the letter in my pocket and I had the sudden urge to rip it out and start reading it.

"Did you bring it to America?" She asked.

"Funny story actually, I didn't pack it but when I was at my friends house my mum must have slid it in and, oh look here it is" I said pulling it out of my pocket.

"Aww Kate...You have to read it!"

I fiddled with it a bit in my hand at first but finally gave in.

"Fine" I muttered. I mean I have to read it some time right? Its only fair. As I slid the note out Alli watched me the whole time.

Tears threatened to flow but I wouldn't let them. Not yet.

Dear Kate,

I know your going to hate me by the time you read this but I really don't want to see you upset when I leave. I want to remember us with all the happy memories and not see your beautiful face cry over me. It is you I have to thank for after all you have made my dreams come true. I have left you a sterling silver charm bracelet with each charm reminding me of you and our times together. Since my manager says I will get more publicity being single I just want to let you know my heart will always belong to you. This number is special as it is not my actual phone number but a number dedicated for you to call me on and only you as I cannot call Australian numbers off my mobile...my manager blocked it somehow. My old number will change soon too. I will explain everything once you call. Alli and Tom are going to miss you too. Heck we all are. I miss you already. I promise I will see you soon. I can't go forever without you, you are my everything and I hope I mean that much to you as well, give this a chance please, I promise I'll make it work.
