Subtle falling raindrops,
Remembrance of the past.
Washing away the memories,
Of you and me at last.
A single fire ember,
Burning to the moon.
Telling me a secret,
It was over way to soon.
Clinging for a goodness,
You don't possess no more.
Wishing I could pack up,
And leave just like before.
Stormy murky waters,
Flowing in this ditch.
Just reminds me how you've changed,
To become a raving bitch.
Solitude and comfort,
The only things I need.
But you'll be there forever,
As you just planted the seed.
