His Idol

Somewhere a boy,

Watches him now.

He bows his head,

And makes his vow.

Idolized from afar,

With innocent eyes.

The boy doesn't know,

All of the cries.

You see the shell,

His perfect face.

Nothing matters,

In time and space.

He chose his idol,

Who he wants to become.

Not knowing in the end,

What will be won.

His life is no smiles,

Behind the curtains.

He carries with him,

Many burdens.

So he smiles to the boy,

Wave his hand at his wealth.

For now dream big, he says,

Then just be yourself.
