Bulletproof 9

He was about to walk towards me when he suddenly stop. He was just in a halfway when his face turned strict. This is not Hobi who I imagined at all. The Hobi I remembered always smile and gentle to everyone. Right now, he is... just... too different.... Not JHope nor Hobi. Just Hoseok.

"Tawagin ko muna si Dawun at Dr. Joe para ma check ka."

He coldly said. He faced his back at me and started walking.

"Wa-wait!"

He stopped walking. Hobi please look at me. That's what I wanted to tell him.

"Are you angry?"

I closed my eyes. Stupidest question ever! Obviously Ran he is mad!

"Oo."

That make me stiffened. I feel like the whole world stop just knowing Hobi is angry at me. I opened my mouth but I just can't find a word to respond. He started walking again.

"Bu-but I have-"

He suddenly stopped. He was holding the door knob.

"Nandyan na yan wala na akong magagawa."

After he said those he walks out the room. I was left dumbfounded. I was just staring at the door. I can't breath! I hold my chest. I just realize I was stopping myself from crying. I covered my mouth to stop myself from making a loud sob. A single tear drop from my eyes. I look at Bangtan's portrait.

"What just happened?"

I suddenly heard a knock. I wiped my face and fixed myself. Dr. Joe suddenly showed up infront of me. She was looking at me seriously.

"Did you cry?"

My eyes grew bigger. Dawun suddenly ran beside me. She hold my hand.

"I-i did not cry."

"Para kang umiyak. Namumula mukha mo. Joe check mo nga!"

"I-i was just scared."

Dawun touched my forehead. Dr. Joe went beside me and touch my wrist.

"You need to take a rest. I think it's the jetlag. It's getting late too."

"Ran. Pagpasensyahan mo na ang kapatid ko hah. Na wrong timing talaga tayo. Nakalimutan ko ang date ngayon. Sorry talaga."

She forgot the date? What? I don't understand. Is something wrong about today?

"Tanga ka rin! Ba't di mo sinabi sa kanya?"

Dawun pouted while looking at Joe. I don't understand what they are fighting.

"Ilang beses ko na itong planong sabihin sa kanya kaso kung hindi siya busy ako yung busy sa shop. Tapos na ospital pa siya ayun nakalimutan ko."

Dawun scatch her head. Joe was looking sternly at her. Joe suddenly sigh that makes Dawun smile. Probably Joe give up because of her friends cuteness.

"Ran. The reason why Hobi is angry because he didn't know about this. Yes we offered him about the surrogate but he declined about that. Who the hell give my card to you?"

That actually gives me goosebumps. I didn't saw his face. The only thing I saw was his shoes.

"I don't know."

We are looking at each other. I swear. Both of us are thinking the same. We don't think we can actually sleep tonight. I don't believe anything related to ghost!

"Dawun-!"

"Ahhhhhhh!"

We are both shouting. We look at the door together and we saw Hobi looking at us weirdly.

"Para kayong nakakita ng multo. Ayos na yung kabilang room."

He coldly said before leaving us. Joe slapped Dawun's shoulder.

"Laki ng bibig mo! Did you forget we actually have a pregnant woman beside us."

"Eh? Hahaha oo nga pala. Sorry Ran."

Joe and Dawun's character development. I shake my head while looking at them.

"Let's go to your room."

Joe said. I nodded and went out from Hobi's bed. I can actually smell Hobi's perfume everywhere or this is actually his scent? I can also smell him at myself too. It was nice and not very strange to the nose.

"Ran tabi muna ako sayo matulog."

"Huh?"

Dawun wants to sleep with me. Joe slapped her back.

"Idiot! I'll sleep with Ran tonight."

My forehead crease and look at Joe. Dawun glared at Joe. Hello? I'm actually between you guys. I'm pregnant. Don't fight when i'm entirely in between of you two!

"Takot ka lang eh!"

"Excuse me! I'm her doctor."

"Wow ginamit mo pa talaga doctor card mo. Bahay ko nga pala to."

"Dawun ang sikip na! May room ka naman ah!"

"Gusto ko tumabi kay Ran-"

"Tumigil nga kayong dalawa! Ang ingay niyo."

We look at Hobi who is watching us. He was standing beside the room with an open door. He look at me.

"Pumasok kana."

He said with a hint of authority. Everyone gon silent. I walk towards him and look at the room inside. I gaze at Hobi for a second before going inside the room.

"Nilalamig kaba? Gusto mo ng heater? Or masyadong mainit lang ba ang room?"

I look at Hobi and shake my head. I smiled at him before looking at the bed.

"Ano tulala kana?"

I heard Dawun's voice. I heard laughter. I examined the room. It has a big bedroom, a closet, mirror and other stuff. It was so cleaned. Just like the other room it was all painted by white.

"Tumigil ka. Mag uusap pa tayo!"

"Ran. You have to rest."

Dr. Joe said. I nodded while not looking at her.

"Both of you should talk."

I sit to the bed. I heard the door closed.

"I need to take a bath first Dr. Joe."

I look at Joe. She look so tired. She nodded at me.

"If something is wrong don't hesitate to call me Ran. I'm your doctor. Don't forget that."

I nodded. I did take a bath. We actually have a bathroom inside. After taking a bath I saw Joe sleeping to the bed.

"You must be so tired."

I covered her body with the blanket. I lay down to the other side of the bed. I remembered Franc. I missed him.

"Franc just wait for me."

I wake up when I felt my throat hurt. I need water. I look at my phone for the time. It was 4 am in the morning. It was still dark. I was walking slowly until I go outside.

"I think it's here."

When I saw the kitchen light I let out a sigh. I was about to open the refrigerator when I saw Hobi standing beside the sink. He was vomiting.

"Are you okay?"

I don't know what to react when I saw Hobi screamed. He actually fall to the floor while holding his chest. He look so terrified.

"Papatayin mo ba ako?"

Oh something didn't change.
