WAKE ME UP WAKE ME UP INSIDE

I had woken up barely remembering the accident. I saw Dean and Gabriel were standing in front of me. I didn't know where Sam was. We were definitely not at a hospital. "Dean?" Was the first word out of my mouth.

Both their eyes focused on me. "Cas!" Dean hugged me gently.

"Are you feeling alright Cassie? That car accident was pretty big." Gabriel said. I stood up but I immediately balanced myself on Dean. A wave of nausea hit me.

"Dean, I don't feel well." I said into him. Dean held me up.

"Maybe it's all coming from that baby or babies growing inside you."

"Babies? What are you talking about? There's probably... one." I said taking deep breaths. My eyes widened then. "WAIT-how did you know?!" Gabriel smirked at his little brother.

"Um duh- I'm the one who healed you." He said with an eye roll. "So I kind of found out myself. Anyways you should rest. I'm taking Samsquatch here to his bed." Dean nodded then kissed my cheek.

"Come on, Angel." He said, lifting my legs off the ground, now carrying me. He carried me to our bedroom, laying me on our bed. "I'll be right here if you need anything okay?"

"Okay thanks, Dean." I said and closed my eyes.
