There are many ways to ask a question.
1. (Spoken language only) Using the statement, but raising your voice at the end.
E.g. Ça va?- raising your voice while saying "va"
2. Putting Est-ce que in front of the word.
Est-ce que tu parles français?- Do you speak French?
Est-ce que tu peux venir chez moi?- Can you come to my house?
3. Using question words:
Comment?- How?
Quand?- When?
Combien?- How many/ much?
Qui?- Who?
Pourquoi?- Why?
Où?- Where?
