Chapter 44

{It's been 4 months}

"Babe?" Matt asked me. We were sitting in the living room, talking about the baby.

"Yeah?" I responded.

"What are we going to name the baby? Like if it's a boy, or a girl, or most likely a boy."

"You're adorable. And I don't know. What names do you like?"

"I like the name Erik for a boy and Olivia for a girl."

"I really like those. So do we agree on that?"

"Yes! Now for middle names."

"I think he should have your middle name."

"Yassss! And if it's a girl, you're middle name."

"I like that."

"Erik Lee Espinosa. Olivia Ann Espinosa." I was going to have a child at 19. 19 years old. I had an appointment to find out the gender tomorrow. That's crazy. Becca and Taylor walked through the door.

"WE KNOW THE GENDER!!" Taylor yelled.

"What is the gender?" Matt asked. Everyone came rushing to the living room to find out.

"What's the gender!" Dillon yelled.

"I'd be able to put the child in baseball, not softball." Taylor laughed.

"A BOY!" Becca yelled.

"Name???" Mahogany asked.

"Alexander James." Becca replied. Taylor and Becca would be amazing parents. Becca is so good with babies. Me on the other hand, I can't stand babies. But I'll change that opinion. I don't necessarily hate babies, just went they poop or cry. Matt said he will help me with that.

"Yay!" I hugged Becca. She looked great. She only gained like 5 pounds from the baby. I've gained like 15 pounds. Becca's baby shower was next month. Mine was in two months. I couldn't believe it was already October. We were due in 4 and a half months. Matt and I decided we would finally sleep in the same room and have the baby's room be Matt's old room. Becca and Taylor made Becca's room into the baby's room. They bought blue paint and were currently painting the room a light shade of blue. They made the room zoo themed. Giraffes, lions, monkeys, and all sorts of animal stickers were placed on the walls. It was adorable.

I woke up the next day and got dressed to go to my doctors appointment. I was so excited. We would find out the gender.

"You ready to go?" Matt walked into the room.

"Yeah!" He helped me walk down the stairs because I was feel a little light headed from being too happy I guess.

We sat in the doctors room waiting for the doctor to come in. After about five minutes, the doctor was in and putting the jelly on my belly.

"What do you hope you're having?" The doctor asked.

"Boy." Matt said.

"Girl." I replied. We all laughed. It was a challenge to see who would get their dream gender. The doctor laughed after putting the little piece of machinery to my belly.

"Well. Wow." The doctor said.

"What?" Matt asked anxiously.

"You have two babies in your belly."

"WHAT!?" I yelled.

"A boy... and a girl."

"I need to sit down." Matt quietly stated.

"I have two babies in my belly?"

"Yes."

After the appointment, we drove home. We walked in the house and everyone was already gathered in the living room.

"Tell us!" Becca yelled.

"Well, we are having a boy." Matt said, smiling.

"Yay!" Everyone yelled.

"And a girl." I finished.

"What!? Oh my gosh!" They yelled again.

"I know."

"Names?" Cameron asked.

"Olivia Ann Espinosa and Erik Lee Espinosa." Becca ran and hugged me. I hugged her back. After that I walked upstairs.

I sat on my bed and stared at the wall in front of me. Two babies. Twice less the sleep. Twice the amount of crying. Twice the amount of care. Am I prepared for this? I decided to call my

Mom. I put it on speaker and laid down.

"Hi Mom." I said.

"Hi, hun, what's up?"

"You know how I'm having a baby?"

"Yeah? Is everything okay?"

"Everything is fine. I'm not having one baby. I'm having two."

"What!? Holy crap, Haley!"

"I know. A boy and a girl. Erik Lee Espinosa and Olivia Ann Espinosa."

"Oh I like those names a lot."

"Matt picked those out."

"Has he talked about getting married yet?"

"Mom. We are 19. I don't think that is something he wants to do right now.

"Well if you are having children, you should consider it soon."

"I don't know how to bring that up."

"I don't know either but keep that In mind."

"I will."

"Well I have to go. I'll tell your brother."

"Alright. Love you."

"Love you too. Bye."

"Bye." I clicked off the phone and Matt walked in.

"Everything okay?"

"Yeah, I just told my Mom and brother."

"Oh cool. Can I tell the fans yet? I mean they think you're gaining weight for other reasons and calling you names. I want to stand up for you, but I don't want to tell them without your permission."

"Yeah! Tell them!"

"Yay! okay." He tweeted:

'@themattespinosa: I've got some news. Haley is having a baby. Not one either, but two. So don't call her fat, she is far from that. Love you Haley💖'

He came and laid down next to me.

"Matt. You're going to be a fantastic Dad."

"And you're going to be an amazing Mom." I kissed him and we cuddled for a while.
