Chapter 45

I woke up the next day and saw Matt wasn't there. I checked my phone. 'Matt and Taylor going to be dad's soon?' read a headline on Entertainment Weekly. There were pictures of Becca and my baby bump. Becca walked in my room.

"Hey." She said.

"Hey, we're on E Weekly."

"Why?"

"About Taylor and Matt going to be dad's."

"Oh, cool. Want to go baby shopping today?"

"Sure, have you seen Matt?"

"He went with Taylor shopping."

"Oh, okay. I'll be out in a minute." Becca left and I changed into a pair of shorts and a loose white t shirt. I did my makeup and put my hair in a messy bun. When I walked downstairs, Mahogany was the only one down there talking to Becca.

"Mahogany is goin to go with us."

"Yay, okay!" I smiled and walked over to them.

"Let's go!" Becca smiled.

After driving for a while, we arrived at the mall to do some baby shopping. What was Matt and Taylor shopping for? I hope they aren't shopping for baby things.

"What do we buy first?" I asked.

"Clothes." Mahogany smiled. She was going to be like the aunt. She will surely love the kids that much.

We walked over to the baby clothes department and checked out the clothes. I wish I had more younger children in the family to learn more about this.

"Baby Alex is going to be sooooo adorable!" Mah, Mahogany's nickname I call her, told Becca. I was in the isle next to them buying newborn clothing.

"I know! I'm just not looking forward to giving birth." Becca answered.

"But it's worth it."

"Yeah. I hope Taylor will help with changing diapers."

"Good luck with that one." I stopped listening to their conversation and walked around.

*Matt's POV*

"Taylor, how does this one look?" I showed Taylor a diamond ring.

"Are we sure we want to do this? I mean, we're only 19."

"I am for sure. I'm going to father her children. I want her to know I'll always be there for her. Isn't that what your wanting for Becca too? I mean we both came here for a ring."

"Of course. And I like that one a lot."

"I think this is it."

"I love this one." Taylor showed me a pretty diamond ring. I still couldn't process I was going to ask Haley to marry me, today.

Taylor and I bought the rings and headed home. Haley wasn't there. I texted her.

M- Where are you?

H- Shopping, but I'll be back soon. Tummy hurts :(

M- Hurry. I miss you.

H- I'll be there in 20.

M- Love you Princess <3

H- Love you Prince <3

After a half hour, Haley came back.

"Haley, come on a walk with me to the beach pleaseeeee?" I asked her.

"Sure, but I feel a little sick."

"We will come back if it gets worse."

"Okay. Let's go."

We walked to the beach, hand in hand. We were the only people there. Taylor and I set the beach up. The sun was setting. We had candles in the shape of a heart. I placed a chair in the middle of it. I put a blindfold on Haley before we got there.

"What is going on?"

"Lift you foot up and sit down."

She sat down and I took off her blindfold.

"Matt, what is this?"

"Shhhhh. Haley. This is all going so fast. Were going to be parents in a couple months. To twins. We're only 18 and 19. And I want to make sure you know I'll always be here for you." I felt some happy tears coming up as I got on one knee.

"Matt.."

"Haley, I love you. She started crying. Was it a good thing?

"Will you do me the honor, and marry me?" I looked right into her eyes.

"Of course. Of course, Matt." She stood up and kissed me. I've never been happier.
