She wakes up disoriented not knowing where she is or whats going on. All she knows is she feels someone under her. And a cold hand on her back.

A smile creeps its way onto her face.
She shifts just slightly trying to get more comfortable.
As soon as she moves it makes Bucky alert. His hand on her back, he sets straight up with her still on his chest, legs around his waist. Surveying the room for threats. Y/n just giggles
"Y/n/n what're you laughing at?"
"All i did was move Buck, it scared you."
About that time you look at the clock seeing its 9am.
"Oh my God Buck! We forgot to meet Steve"
Bucky just tightens his grip on your waist
"Shit! Come on Buck let me up, we gotta go!"
"Y/n calm down, i called him earlier. I didn't wanna wake you. You looked so damn peaceful. After everything you relived last night, i knew you needed sleep. A nice sleep. No nightmares. Just peace."
You settled back down into his chest
"Thanks Buck. I really appreciate you caring for me"
"Always y/n. Always."
"Anyway Steve said since we didn't show for breakfast we have to attend the group lunch."
"Y/n I'm scared. They all hate me. Most of them anyway." He confesses
"James, its okay to be scared. Im scared of my powers. Im scared of myself. Most of all I'm scared of hurting you. Fear is what makes us stronger"
"Y/n you can't hurt me anymore than hydra did, okay? Come on doll, i trust you"
He kisses the top of your head and tightens his grip around your waist. In a way hugging you.
"Alright Buck we gotta get up. I need a shower. I smell like shit."
"Y/n you smell fine. Let me hold you just a little longer."
"Ugh fine"
"Y/n, I've had this overwhelming feeling for so long. And i don't know how to process it."
"Uhm. Uhhh." He just sighs
"Just say it Buck, I'm not gonna judge you "
"Y/n will you go on a date with me?" Bucky asks.
The question you've been wanting to hear since that night in Steve's apartment when you confessed
"Id love to Buck. I would love to."
