Remember Octavian's mysterious shopping for Veronica? Well it's for the purpose of asking her for her hand in marriage. On June 2nd, he took Veronica all over Baltimore. They seen sights both good and bad. Veronica then asked Octavian: "Bae, what's the meaning behind this?" They were currently in front of City Hall. They then busted out reciting The 1 Promise.
"As long as you're in my life, my gift from God is the ability to live by your side. For all of eternity. For the parts of it we see, and don't see.

Octavian then states his purpose: "I love you. It's never been more clear that this is the right move to make." And he bowed on his knee sending Veronica's heart racing. "I don't want to live another moment without you being my wife. Will you marry me?" Octavian said with absolute cheer. Veronica answered yes and he puts the ring on her finger and hold her for a great kiss. After the trials and tribulations these two have encountered as friends, and lovers. Now they can continue as each other's soulmate soon to be husband and wife. At last, their long wait for an equalizing love was over. There was no more questions about belonging. The Sunshine has come for these two love birds, and now these two doves share the same nest and same love. For life. Forever.
