Dawn's Breakdown

During Octavian and Veronica renewed their wedding vows, there was a man who went out with Dawn. Remember Emmanuel? Well there's quite an explanation on how he was replaced by Kenny. As Emmanuel was about to marry Dawn himself, his attitude began to change. He started selling drugs at 8, and started using them when he was 15. He was able to go cold turkey for years, but he somehow returned to them. Dawn one day found these unusual things in their bedroom cabinet. She didn't know the name of what they were, but she knew they were associated with drug use. She didn't confront him about it when she first saw it. He then began to abuse Dawn. She would hide this from her family and friends, until one day she went to her parent's house. She wore shades, but Veronica could easily see the bruises she had on her. Veronica then called on her husband, who planned on paying Emmanuel a visit with King to back him up. Father and son got to Dawn's house in five minutes. Emmanuel just so happened to be inside at the time. They stormed the house. King found Emmanuel in the kitchen, grabbed him and body slammed him on the table, breaking it. "He's in HERE POPS!" King yelled to Octavian who stormed down the steps from attempting to search for him upstairs. Octavian then grabbed Emmanuel and slammed him on the deep freezer leaving a dent in it. Continuing the beatdown, he then dragged him onto the floor and did ground and pound on him (UFC reference). King then followed up by stomping on him.  Landing his feet to his back, face, and hip. Out cold as Emmanuel lay, Octavian grabbed him and said to him: "You just got a good taste of what Dove power really is. You are a fool for messing with my kind. You will never lay a finger on my daughter again." He and King then grabbed Emmanuel from the floor and carried him outside where they tossed him in the trashcan from the top step. Then the two ran back into the house to rid it of everything that belonged to Emmanuel. As they were tossing his belongings out, they seen that he had the newest game console with Call of Duty, WWE, and Dragon Ball Z. King and Octavian then looked at each other and said at the same time: "He ain't going to be needing this anymore." They laughed as they placed everything in a market bag and came out to the porch. "Well that was a great father and son moment" Octavian said to King. "Yeah" King agreed and then they shared a hug. Octavian called Veronica.
"Baby come to Dawn's house" he told her. "And bring Dawn too" King added. "Okay. But I better not see nothing graphic when I get down there" Veronica said sounding bossy. "I can't make no promises" Octavian said  as he looked at Emmanuel still out in the trashcan. (Sighs) "Alright. We'll be down there in a few minutes" Veronica said to him getting ready. "Love you" Octavian told her.  "Love you too" Veronica said back as she hung up. Her and Dawn got to the house in 15 minutes. They seen the damage Octavian and King done (mainly seeing Emmanuel and the trashcan) and their jaws dropped as they looked in shock. The family then entered the house to make sure Dawn was protected. They stayed all day. They spent the night. A family evening that everyone enjoyed. Even King, who for the first time  (and not the last) sensed happiness in being with his family. The threat came to pass... For now. As Dawn was married to Kenny, Emmanuel still attempted to call her from an unknown number. Dawn was scared out of her mind, and wished not to leave the house for a few days. Kenny tried to find out, but she didn't tell him. What Kenny didn't tell her was that he had cameras placed in every room of the house and knew what was going to happen. He felt as though the one who called from the unknown number was going to try and pay Dawn a visit. So one night, he did. Stealthily breaking in from the back, he made his way to the living room where Dawn was sleep. Kenny however, snuck in from the front not to disturb Dawn from her sleep and crouched toward the kitchen where he met with the perpetrator and jacked him up. Note: Kenny is into martial arts. He then hit the unknown man with a mean uppercut and a spinning roundhouse kick. Trying to get back up and woozy, he then hit him with a spinning back kick leaving him on the floor to stay. Kenny then unasked the trespasser, and it was Emmanuel. But during the fight, Dawn started screaming and she dropped to the ground never losing sight of the two fighting which slightly threw off Kenny's focus. After the fight, he ran to Dawn with full attempts to calm her. He then raised her to the couch where he hugged her saying: "It's over. Everything will be alright." He then got up and told her: "I'll call the police." As Dawn regained calamity, she told him: "No. Call my father." "Are you sure?" He asked her with a bit of fear showing on his face. "Yeah" she answered him looking to the ground and back to him. "Okay" Kenny replied as he dialed his number.  King and Summer just so happened to be at Octavian and Veronica's house with their daughter Safari. Octavian answers: "Hello?" He hears Kenny voice and was explained of what had happened. Octavian's face grew hot with anger, and both King and Veronica knew what that look meant. "I'm on my way" Octavian said as he hung up. "I'm coming too. I want a piece of this bastard myself" Veronica said with a determined look and anger in her voice. Octavian, King, and Summer leaned back and looked at Veronica in surprise because she was never known for violence in the family. "Oh shit, let's go" Octavian said following Veronica's lead. She drove. Got to Dawn's house in 3 minutes and the two went straight into the kitchen to see Emmanuel beginning to wake up from the beating he took. As Emmanuel looked up to see Octavian's face, he then tried to run, but Octavian grabbed him and whispered in his ear: "I warned you." He then drove his fingers into his collarbone. Emmanuel screaming from the top of his lungs as Octavian held the grip for a few seconds before releasing him. Veronica then stormed at Emmanuel taking off one of her six inch heels she was wearing and cracked him upside his head causing him to bleed. She yelled at him: "I'M GOING TO FUCKING KILL YOU!!!" Octavian then had  to pull her away. As he was holding her back, he saw Dawn crying and Kenny holding her rubbing her back. He then yelled to Veronica: "STOP!" And she calmed herself enough to see what Octavian saw and raced to the couch to comfort the two. As everyone held each other in a group, Kenny then asked Octavian and Veronica: "Mr. And Mrs Dove, if you don't mind me asking, but while I was taking that guy down, Dawn had some type of nervous breakdown. Do you know where it comes from?" Octavian and Veronica looked at each other speechless at first, but then Octavian spoke. "First of all, call us father and mother because you are my son in law and I love you. And to answer your question, I don't know if I can be honest" he said as he looked at Veronica. "Dear?" He asked. "I think she gets it from me. Because sometimes I do the same thing when something bad really happens" Veronica answered looking straight into the eyes of Kenny. They then called the cops and locked Emmanuel up in a matter of a couple of minutes.  They stayed together for a little while before Octavian and Veronica set their way on home. Everyone hugged each other and Octavian told Dawn and Kenny: "If you need us, call us. We'll be there." "Alright. Love you... Ma and Pops" Kenny said smiling. They turned back in smiles, and they said that they loved them both too, and they went home. Emmanuel was sentenced to 5 years in prison, but never made it to see through his first. As for Dawn, the love in her heart was for her family. Where the Divine Love stood tall once more.
