The large helicopter they took - which Chris had told Scott was called ' CH-47 Chinook ' - was about to land in the BSAA headquarters in London, England. Scott was sat next to Chris at the end of a row of seats, while other soldiers took up the rest of the seats available. Chris said it was so he didn't end up getting in trouble if he accidentally touched one of them.

The other soldiers occasionally gave him quick looks throughout the long trip, as if questioning why a skinny kid like him was riding on the plane with them. That was until their attention turned to Chris and they questioned if he was the great hero in BSAA, which Chris didn't seem to fond of talking about. Once they landed the soldiers were the first to file out of the plane, leaving Chris and Scott to walk off last.

As Scott walked down the ramp and off the plane, they were met by another soldier standing to attention, in front of a military jeep. "Chris, need a lift", the soldier said, he had a thick English accent to him.

"Yes. Thanks, Callum", Chris said as he pulled the passenger door open and threw his bag in before climbing in. Callum nodded his head at Chris's words before greeting Scott and heading off to the driver's side, which Scott found odd for a second because it was on the wrong side, before remembering he was no longer in Louisianna. Climbing in the back behind Chris, Scott strapped himself in just as Callum pulled away and started to drive off.

"Jill said you wanted to be inconspicuous and not be driving around in armoured car, as well as that someone wants to meet the young boy you brought with you", Callum said, "she told me to take you straight to her once you arrive, apparently, someone, you both used to know?".

Chris groan and replied, "fine, just don't crash like last time".

Callum laughed, "that was your fault last time, if you hadn't decided to kick the back of my chair when you were shooting behind us, it wouldn't have happened".

Scott just listened to the two of them talking for the rest of the drive, they spoke about little things about how things were on base to family issues. Scott decided that they must have known each other for some time, with half the stuff they spoke about. Scott watched the scenery go by, they exited the airfield and were now driving through the streets of London.

"My sister had her third kid, the other day. Dave's chuffed he's finally got a son after two girls", Callum commented and Chris just chuckled at his comment as they pulled to a stop outside a building. Scott looked up at the building through the car window, it read 'London University of medicine'. "Thanks, Callum", Chris said as he jumped out of the car, "anytime", Callum replied, "I'll wait here for you".

Chris moved and opened the door next to Scott, "come on", Chris said and indicated with his head for Scott to get out. Scott undid his belt and climbed out of the car, Chris slammed the door shut and headed inside the university. "Chris?", Scott carefully asked just before Chris entered the university, Chris stopped with his hand on the handle of the door and turned to Scott. "You said you wouldn't take me to some lab", Scott told him as he felt fear and anxiety grow inside him as well as a spark of anger that he may be betrayed by him.

Chris looked at him for a few seconds before saying, "does it say its an experimental facility?",

Scott looked up at the sign above the doors again and replied, "no, but-".

"So you have nothing to worry about, now come on", Chris replied as he opened the door and walked in. Scott hesitated for a few seconds before cautiously following Chris inside. Chris was already talking to the receptionist behind the counter, who nodded to him and said to go upstairs and head for room 'B59'. The women gave Chris a red lanyard which he put around his neck and beeped them through turn styles and Scott followed Chris upstairs and to the room, the women told them to go to.
