Tuesday morning I wake up knowing what I'm going to do today.
Go to school?
No. Well, yes. But no.
Oohkay.
Today I am determined to get Ollie and this Dustin kid together.
How? You ask.
Well, let me tell you.
I don't know.
But I'll figure it out.
But in the meantime I should probably get ready for school.
Then I remember.
It's Halloween.
Tears fill my eyes when I remember. After a few minutes of sniffling, I get out of bed and go to my closet. I pull out my sweatshirt, a gray shirt that says 'need more sleep', and black skinny jeans.
I go to my bathroom and take a quick shower. I pull them all on, brush my teeth and hair before going to my bedroom. I grab black converse and my mom's necklace. I pull them on and then pull my hair into a ponytail. I grab my backpack and phone before going downstairs.
"Happy Halloween, Aunt Zoza." Matt and Mason say when they see me. They are both stuffing Cheerios into their mouths.
"Happy Halloween, boys." I say. They don't know. They don't know that in one day it will officially be 16 years since their grandma's death.
"Good morning, Buddy. Morning, Bexie."
"Good morning Zola." Bexley hasn't been feeling well the past few days. She's been really tired and she's also been nauseous in the mor-
Wait.
Tired.
Morning sickness.
"Bexie. Are you pregnant?" Her eyes go wide and her and Jax both look to me.
"Surprise?" She says it more like a question.
