Thursday. Today is Thursday. I have mixed feeling about Thursdays. I don't know if I like them.
Anywhoozles, I need to get up,
I don't want to.
You have to.
But I don't wanna.
I don't care if you wanna. Get up.
Ugh.
Get your lazy butt out of bed and get ready.
So I do. I grab clothes, heading to the bathroom to shower. I shower somewhat quickly then get dressed. I put on black skinny jeans, a gray v-neck shirt, white converse and, of course, my mom's sweatshirt. I do my hair. I actually tried which I don't normally do. I braided both sides and then pulled them into a ponytail at the end. I put on my mom's necklace as well before I grab my backpack and phone.
I go downstairs to find Alec, Skye and Amanda all sitting at the table.
"Hola." I say to them all.
"Hi friend!"
"Hey."
"Do I not get a hug?" That one's Alec.
"I hugged you yesterday."
"That was yesterday. Today is today. And today I want a hug." He states.
"I'm not hugging you."
"You suck." Alec mumbles.
Skye mumbles something incoherent. Probably a dirty joke.
I open my mouth to reply but Dad walks down the stairs.
"Good morning, Zola." He kisses my head.
"You can call me Zo, Dad." I say.
"I know I know." He says pouring his cereal.
"I also want cereal." Skye says, going to the fridge and getting the milk. He grabs a bowl and then, he does the worst possible thing any human being could ever do.
