Chapter 27

~~Beck's POV~~

  Apparently I had fallen asleep because when I opened my eyes Alec was shaking my shoulder.

"Beck. Her parents said that we all could go visit her now," He said standing up and looked down at me.

   "Okay man. Let's go," I said standing up.

We walked through countless hallways and up 2 floors to Lia's room. When we walked in she was laying very still. I couldnt see the bandage from her injury, but I knew it was there. I went over and sat in the chair beside her bed, and grabbed her hand. The other guys had to squeeze in the room becuase we where huge. Then a nurse walked in and checked her IV bags.

  "How is she?" I asked her.

"Well her wound is bandaged up and she's been put on some sleeping medication. She had some internal bleeding, but we fixed that. So she should be better in a couple of weeks, You boys are very lucky she's alive," She said then walked out and closed the door behind her. The guys just stood there looking at Lia.

  "Well she seemed in a hurry to get out of the room," Jacob said.

I smiled, "She probably went to go tell all the other female nurses about the hot guys in room two- fourteen."

  "Probably," Jacob said smiling.

That was when Lia started to move. They said she wasnt supposed ot wake up until tomorrow morning. She turned her head and groaned. I had this big goofy smile spread across my face because my baby was okay.

  ~~Lia's POV~~

    "Probably.' I heard someone say.

I groaned and moved my legs stretching them. I turned my head to the right. Something was in my hand. I squeezed it, and realized that someone was holding my hand. I opened my eyes slowly because they where so heavy. But eventually they opened and the first thing -or person- I saw was Beck with a big goofy smile across his face. Then I realized where I was and why. I wanted to kill Mr. Scar, but i pushed that thought out of my head for now. I looked and pretty much the whole pack was here.

 "Hey Lia," Alec said stepping forward.

I gave him a fistbump when he came up to the other side of my bed. The rest of the guys smiled and said their hello's.

  "Where's Mr. Scar? Did they catch him," I asked quietly.

"No. The police had to get fingersprints before they could do anything," Beck said looing down.

   "How bad was it?" I asked.

I was afraid to, but I did.

 "You almost died. It took them four hours just to get the surgury done. We where afraid you werent gonna make it, but the nurse said you'll be fully healed in a couple weeks. But they dont know you're a werewolf so you'll heal faster than that," Alec said smiling.

   "What about my parents? Do they know?" I asked paniked.

"Yes, they know. But they knew it was going to happen to you eventually. Your great-great grandfather was a werewolf. Did you know that?" Beck said.

  "No I didnt know that. Guess that's why im one too. So, are the Elders here yet?" I asked Alec.

"No they're not here yet. But they will be soon," He said before the door opened and a nurse walked in.

 'Oh, you're not supposed ot wake up until tomorrown morning. I'll go get the doctor, and I came to tell you boys that visiting hours are over. I'll have to ask you to leave. But you can come back tomorrow," She said looking at all of us.

  "Give me a minute alone with her?' Beck asked them.

The nurse nodded and ushered them all out the door. I looked at Beck.

  "Lia, if I had been with you, none of this would have happened. I didnt protect you like I should have. I love you Lia and I just dont want anything to happen to you," Beck said quietly.

  Did he just say he loved me?

"Its not your fault. And did you just tell me you loved me?" I asked smiling

  "Yeah I did. Becuase its true, I do love you, Lia. I have to go now, but I'll be back in the morning. I love you," He said kissing my forehead.

  "I love you too," I said to him as he got up.

     "See you tomorrow," He said before closing the door.

I sighed as the doctor came in.

  "Hello, Lia. Those are some nice friends you have out there. Any of them special?" She asked me smiling as she checked my pulse.

   "Yeah they're good buddies. And yeah, one of them," I said blushing.

"Oh yeah? Which one?" She asked me writting stuff on her clipboard.

    "The one thats tall, muscular, brown hair and brown eyes. His name's Beck Night," I told her smiling.

  "I know him, my daughter says Beck's his favorite student," She said smiling.

I blinked, "Who's your daughter?"

  "Oh, Its Mrs. Cooper dear. She's a teacher at your school. Well, your all set. I put some more sleeping medication in your IV so it will make it easier to push the pain away, when you wake up in the morning your stuff will be packed and someone will be here to take you home. You have a nice night," She said then walked out of my room.

  My eyes suddenly felt heavy and I drifted off into sleep.
