  The talk

 I stepped out onto the porch and went and sat down beside Dr.Finneck. "oh hello Vee. Whats on your mind? Don't say its nothing, I'm a seer, i can tell its something." I sighed and looked up and watched the clouds skip across the sky. I said "its just that Carmen's probably gonna die, and there is nothing i can do about it." He chuckled a bit under his breath. I looked at him questioningly "What? What did i say?" He gave me a sad smile "its not something you said, its the fact that we could do something." I lept to me feet and said "than why the hell aren't you doing what ever it is!" Dr. Finneck motioned for me to sit back down, i did. "I'm not doing it because its more like an antidote. But i don't have the key ingredient to make it. If i wanted to i could go get it, but i need to stay here and take care of Carmen." I gaped at him, i couldn't help it. "Well why didn't you get some one else to find it?" Dr. Finneck shook his head. "Its to dangerous for any normal super natural." I held my hands out "well send me, I'm not normal, even ask Rae. She said my power gems were exceptionally more powerful than any other she had seen." He considered this for a moment. Dr. Finneck blinked at me. "I guess you could get it. You should bring some others with you though." I nodded. -Finally- i thought. -I can do something useful- "so who can i bring?" I asked. Dr. Finneck shifted his head to the side "well, you could bring the Starr twins, Rebecca, Alex and one other girl i would like you to meet. Her name is Crystal Miller. She is an animegus. If you want i can get her now?" I shrugged. I really didn't care if i met her now. He nodded. Dr. Finneck pulled out a cell and started clicking the keys. He flipped it shut. "Anyway", he said "why don't you go tell Alex about your little journey." I nodded and stood up. I walked back in and saw Alex sitting in the chair, his eyes were staring blankly at Carmen. I came up behind him and put my arms around his neck, half laying on his slouched back. I put my head gently on his shoulder. His eyes remained on Carmen, but he lifted one hand and took one of my curls that had fallen in front of his head. He turned his head to look at it, he began to twirl it around his finger. Alex said "well you were gone, she Carmen said something." I made a 'mmmhhhmmmm?" Alex looked up at me "she said your name, then she started shaking and said its cold do we have to be here?" I nodded. I then told him about our quest. "Listen Alex, I'm going to find the antidote . You can come if you want. Jade, Azura, Rebecca and some girl named Crystal Miller might also come. If you don't want to come, that's alright." Alex laughed and stood putting his hands on my waist. Do you really think i would let you go with out me? I cant be away from you for that long." I smiled, put my arms around his neck and kissed him. We stayed like that kissing, trying to not think about Carmen. We were kissing still when i heard a voice come from the door way saying "OK dude, if the reason Dr. Finneck called me here is two watch two people kiss, then I'm out of here."
