Tate
Kate woke up wrapped in the sheets and comforter and she was still cold. This winter is awful 'I wish Tony was here' she thought as she climbed out of bed. Kate walked down her hallway in her underwear and black auld robe. She ran her fingers through her mouse brown hair, that she still kept cut at her shoulders, and stood in front of the thermostat. "No wonder its so freaking cold." Kate cursed. She turned it up to 80 then walked into her kitchen. "Mommy." a little brown headed green eyed little girl stood behind Kate. Kate turned around and smiled. "Good morning sweetie." Kate went and picked up her daughter. "Mommy it's cold."
"I know Suzy. I turned the air up so it should be warmer soon." Kate rubbed her daughters arms trying to make her warmer. Suzy nuzzled into into Kate's neck and hugged her. Kate took her over to the couch and sat down. She laid down with Suzy and hugged her. "I miss daddy."
"So do I. I wish he would get home." Suzy started to cry. "Aww sweetie don't cry."
"I miss daddy...." Suzy sobbed. "I know I know baby." Then Kate's iPad beeped. She picked it up and Tonys face was there. "Daddy." Suzy snatched the iPad and ran. "Daddy, daddy." Kate ran after her. "Suzy come back here with that."
"No!"
"Hi sweetie." Tony said.
"Suzy give me the iPad."
"Sweetie give mommy the iPad."
"Ok...." Suzy gave Kate the iPad and she sat on the floor with Kate. "Tony I miss you so much." Kate said smiling. "I miss the both of you too". "Daddy please come home." Suzy cried. "Baby I'll be home soon don't you worry. Suzy sweetie, can I talk to mommy for a second?"
"Ok?" Suzy walked into the living room. Kate got up and went to her room. "I miss you so much Tony."
"I miss you too Katie. You look so beautiful." Kate smiled. "My flight had been delayed. I want be home for a little while."
"No I want you home now."
"I know you do. I'll be on the next flight out."
"Ok...."
"Hey while your alone may be you could-" Kate stopped him.
"If you were home quicker you could be here for that in person. Now get home." Tony scowled. "Ok my love, I will be home soon."
"I love you."
"I love you too."
Kate's POV
I hung up then sat their as down. Suzy came running in and she jumped on my stomach. "Ugh Suzy."I groaned. She giggled at me. "Come on lay down."
"What about breakfast?"
"Are you hungry?"
"No."
"Then lay down. I just want to hold you."
"Ok." Suzy laid on my chest and I kissed her forehead. "Do you know that you are the sweetest little girl on earth." I cooed to her. "No."
"Well you are. And your my baby girl."
"I love you mommy."
"I love you more than anything". "Don't I get any love?" I heard Tonys voice. I looked up and saw him standing there. Suzy jumped up. "Daddy!" she hugged his legs. "There's my girl." Tony kissed her. "Daddy I missed you."
"I missed you so much Suzy". I laid there stunned. "I need to talk to mommy really quick."
"Ok." Suzy ran off and Tony shut the door. I was still in my robe and underwear so Tony was smiling. "Tony...." Tony walked over and crawled on top of me. "Tony...." I smiled at grabbed his tie. Tony kissed me. "I missed you so much Kate. You are the most beautiful, perfect, sexy, amazing woman on earth." I giggled at him. "Oh our such an idiot. And don't you ever play a trick like that on me again."
"Ok I won't," Tony picked me up and bit and sat me up farther on the bed. "I missed your beautiful hair, and your soft skin, and your gorgeous hazel eyes."
"I missed you too Tony." I kissed him again. I pulled away and smiled at him. "Can I get up?" I asked him. He leaned down and whispered something in my ear. I smiled and took off my robe. Tony went down and kissed stomach. "Tony stop, we have a watcher in the shadows." I whispered when I saw Suzy watching us from the crack in the door way. "Who's watching?" He asked crawling back up on me. "Suzy now get off!" I hissed head slapping him. "Oh sorry." Tony got up and Suzy ran off. "That's going to be fun to explain."
"Yep".
