Lionel's POV
(5 years later)
I squinted my sleepy eyes as the sun shone brightly through the window.
I tried to get up but realised that there was an arm wrapped around my torso.
What the actual fuck?!
It was then that I remembered. It was some blonde chick I met at the club last night.
I think I was too drunk yesterday or else I'd have thrown her out after I fucked her.
I ripped her hands off me and made my way to my bathroom. I made sure to slam the door loudly so that she'd wake up.
She'd better be gone by the time I finish my shower.
I've never let anyone stay over. After a soothing long shower, I draped a towel around my waist and walked into my room hoping that the girl would be out of my penthouse.
But luck wasn't on my side! She sat on my bed only in her lingerie, smiling seductively.
I took a deep breath to control my anger.
"Out." I said walking towards my walk in closet.
But she decided to do one thing that I fucking hate. She made me repeat what I said.
"What did you say baby?..." She cooed.
D.I.S.G.U.S.T.I.N.G!
I turned towards her and gave her my coldest glare.
"I said GET OUT!" I yelled.
And within seconds she was out. I smirked and got dressed to go to my office.
I wasn't that naive love sick Lionel Lawson anymore. I'm one of the top ten billionaires of New York.
Life changed dramatically after that fateful night. But Ravi was with me through all my struggles.
And..... I never saw her again thankfully. But deep inside my heart, I want to see her once and show her what she missed. I took her words as a challenge and made it my life goal to become rich.
And I achieved it!
"Sir, we're here." Danny, my driver said.
I gave him a curt nod and got out of the car. I looked at the huge building in front of me. A proud smile graced my lips as soon as I saw the name Lawson Inc.
I saw Ravi talking to receptionist.Their eyes snapped towards me as soon as I entered. She tried smiling seductively. Key word tried.
I rolled my eyes at her sluttiness. I ignored her and walked towards my private elevator after gesturing Ravi to follow me. He quickly ran towards me and gave me his full attention.
"Fire that bitch you were talking to." I ordered him. He raised his eyebrows in amusement.
"You slept with her already?" he asked
I smirked at his question.
"Of course!" I Shrugged and entered my elevator.
They get too clingy just because I slept with them. Gold digging bitches! That's why I make sure to fire them after I sleep with them.
I have to attend shit load of meetings and sign an awfully huge number of files. I let out a deep sigh.
Looks like I have a long day ahead.
