Vick was back to watching basketball after witnessing another victory for Campana in badminton.

"Vick! Where were you?" Carrie asks.

"Got bored," says Vick. "I ended up watching badminton. Sorry."

"It's fine, you can do what you want - SportsFest is meant to be a happy celebration for everyone, anyway. But of course, we're Cangrejo, and we want to win."

"Yeah."

"Well, the match is about to end, anyway. Our house's boys are gonna be up against Crucifijo tomorrow."

"I thought Campana won last round," responds Vick.

"Well, it was pretty intense," says Carrie. "But Cangrejo won in the end."

They turn their heads to the game again.

"Who's our first opponent? Navio I hope," asks Sabrina.

"Not sure. But if we all got a low self-esteem, then yeah, I'm really hoping it's Navio," Patrisha replies.

"Well, don't underestimate Navio too much. I've heard they got a good football team," says Carrie.

"No, they lost against Cangrejo a while ago," Vick counters.

"The boys," Carrie clarifies. "As soon as this is done, the Cangrejo-Navio football match starts."

"Oh, really?" responds Andrea.

"Is kicking allowed in basketball?" Vick asks.

"No, of course not," Carrie answers. "But accidentally touching the ball with your foot's probably ok."

"I'll probably just kick out-of-bounds balls from the sub bench or something," says Vick. "That's not a violation."

"Well, egh..." Andrea responds, smiling a bit. "Can't argue with that."

Vick looks back at the basketball game.

"Three-point shot by Jon Santos!" Coach Abbott announces. As soon as the Crucifijo - and Vick - finish cheering, the whistle is blown.

"Crucifijo won," Vick murmurs. "Is the court just gonna be empty the rest of the day?"

"If I'm not mistaken, battle for third's gonna happen right now, Campana versus Navio, so that we girls have more time tomorrow," says Carrie.

Navio's gonna lose anyway... No bother watching any of these.

Vick stands to walk to the schedule. "Crucifijo versus Cangrejo for badminton doubles," she thinks.

"Screw it, I can't bother watching any more badminton today. Time to hit the field!"
