[Ethan]

"How's a little game of truth or dare?" Nick yelled out to which everyone except me agreed to.

We all gather around the table and bottles of liquor are placed in the center. Kris takes the seat across from me and I look away rolling my eyes at the wink she send my way.

As I begin to stand from my chair, not feeling the game, and head back to the living room, Aria enters the room with her friend pulling her from the front. I immediately find myself sitting back down and shifting in my seat. I fight the urge to stare at her especially in what she was wearing. Fuck, she was breathtaking.

At this point, I ignore the glances being shot my way by Kris, probably noticing my drooling over the girl I had so stupidly fallen for.

"Can we play?" Her friend asks Nick who only checks out Aria before nodding. Just that gesture alone was enough to make me want to get up from my seat and beat the shit out of him.

They both take their seats at the end of the table and soon, after all the players are seated, the game begins.

"I'll start!" Kris calls out. "Aria, truth or dare?" She asks taking Aria by surprise. Everyone at the table turns to look at her, and I have to admit, the way her face went a bit pale and her pupils dilated was adorable.

"Um, I'll pick truth," she replies causing everyone to break out in laughter.

"Come on Ar," Kris convinces, which only adds to my suspicion as to why Kris was so desperate for Aria to pick the latter.

"Fine, dare," she takes a sip of her drink as her friend gives her a look of worry and warning.

"I dare you to..." She looks around before her eyes set on Nick. "Kiss Nick."

The dare was enough to make both Aria and I choke on our drinks. I look to Aria who finally, for the first time tonight, made eye contact with me. Her face was pale, however her cheeks held a slight tint of pink. Her friend tugged her arm whispering something to her which I was almost positive was something along the lines of You can't do this. You have a boyfriend.

[Aria]

I freeze in my spot as everyone looks at me expectantly and I look pleadingly to Kris. She knew my situation with Mase so why would she do this?

"Oh, come on Ar. Not going to back down from a dare, are you?" Her cheeks are tinted with a slight pink and I don't fail to catch the slight slur in her words. How much did she have to drink already?

"Kris, you know I can't-"

"It's one little kiss, Ar." I look around at everyone else who's just watching everything unfold quietly, waiting to see what's going to happen.

"I have a boyfriend." I cross my arms and look away, hoping that she'd just drop it but she doesn't.

"That hasn't stopped you before." My eyes widen in shock and embarrassment as some people gasp. I look to Kris who has a sly look on her face. This isn't her. My eyes meet Ethan's and he smirks at me knowing exactly what Kris is talking about.

All I want to do now is disappear and escape from all these stares and gasps from everyone present. How could Kris do this? Before I know it, my eyes begin to water in embarrassment and right before a tear slips from my eyes, I am lifted from my seat and pulled through the crowds of people until reaching the front door.

"Where are we going?" I asked Madison failing to maintain my composure and bursting into tears.

"We're going home," she turns to me. "I don't know what's gotten into Kris, but I'm not going to let her be a bitch to you for no reason."
