Lea's POV
I turned off the engine of my car and get my bag that's placed on the shotgun seat. I got out of my car when someone opened the door for me whom where I also gave my car key. All the maids are already in their position when I entered our home.
"Good evening, Ma'am Lea."
"Good evening po."
I squinted my eyes and stopped from walking when my ears heard something wrong. I turned my head on the right side where I saw one of the maids in this mansion, who's face is not familiar with me, who just greeted me with 'po'.
"What did you just say?"ako
"P-p-po?"
I smirked at tuluyan siyang hinarap bago tinanggal ang suot kong shades.
"Bingi ka ba?"ako
She just blinked for god-knows-how-many-times but she didn't respond on what I've asked. I inhaled a lot of air before I looked at her again. I was about to open my eyes to give her a lesson when someone has spoken.
"Tama na 'yan, apo."Samuel
I looked at the grand staircase where I saw my Abuelo kaya bumuntong-hininga na lang ako.
"Ayusin mo ang trabaho mo sa susunod."ako
Bulong ko sa katulong. Pasalamat siya nandito na ang Lolo ko kung hindi sesante ka sa akin. Abuelo just laughed. Well, he doesn't find my attitude customary. He caressed my cheek that made me smile.
"I missed you too, Abu. I am sorry if I wasn't able to escort you earlier while you roam in the company because I was also busy."ako
He just smiled and nodded. Nakakagaan talaga ng dibdib ang ngiti niya, I don't know why.
"Ayos lang, apo. Nakipag-tsismisan naman ako sa mga empleyado ng kumpanya eh."Samuel
I rolled eyes and shook my head. I mean, what's the sense of talking to them?
"Ayan ka na naman, apo. Buti nga sila inunang makipag-tsimisan sa akin, eh ikaw inuna mo pa ang trabaho mo."Samuel
I chuckled although I felt guilty. I just really had to deal with something that's more important than my life today.
"Selos ka ba sa trabaho ko?"ako
I chuckled again.
"Don't worry, babawi ako sa'yo ngayong dinner."ako
I assured him while holding his hand dahil ang isa niyang kamay ay hawak ang walking stick niya.
"Nga pala, apo, uuuwi ang Mommy mo."Samuel
I raised my brows in surprised.
"Really?"ako
He nodded so I just shrugged my shoulders.
"Sino ba namang Nanay ang hindi uuwi kung ikakasal na ang anak niya? Ni hindi man lang nga daw niya alam!"Samuel
Both of us laughed, syempre dapat ganap na ganap ako.
"Sasabihin ko pa lang sana sa kanya, eh. I thought kasi she was busy. You know naman, her hobby is to roam all around the world."ako
