Lea's POV
I covered my mouth with both of my hands kaya't naramdaman ko ang tuloy-tuloy na pag-agos ng luha ko sa mga pisngi ko. I wiped my cheeks without removing my eyes on my Hailey, she's awake.
I was almost stunned when her gazes stopped on me dahil tinitignan pa siya ng mga Doktor. I heaved a deep breath when her lips formed a smile na halata mong nanghihina pa. I smile back at kaagad naman siyang tumingin ulit sa Doktor na tinitignan ang kondisyon niya. When the Doctor gave me a signal, I didn't hesitate to go towards her on the bed to give her a tight hug.
"Mama."Hailey
I closed my eyes and cried even harder when I heard her say that.
"My gosh, honey, I miss that so much."ako
I let go from the hug then cupped her face. We chuckled while looking at each other habang magkadikit ang noo. I missed my baby so much, and I am glad that she's finally awake. Ngayon na lang ulit ako nakahinga nang maluwag.
She hugged me again. Afterwards, her Titas gave her a tight hug too while crying that made me chuckle. However, I couldn't still stop myself from weeping while looking at them. The three of them looked so cute, but I think it'll be cuter of they are two twins, with Esa.
I caressed Hailey's hair so she looked at me to make a grin.
"Heyhey!"
"Tita Cha!"Hailey
I laughed when she raised both of her arms to give her Tita Cha a hug.
"I missed you so much, Heyhey ko. I thought hindi mo na ako maaabutan, I'll fly back to America na tomorrow, my love."Charlene
I sighed because I saw how Hailey became gloomy when Charlene told her that. I raised my brows when she immediately grinned.
"I know that you'll spend more days for me Tita kong maganda! You can't resist me!"Hailey
All of us here inside her room laughed, and her laugh always gave warmth to my heart. I missed that so much.
She leaned on me because her Tita Cha started tickling her.
"Ikaw talaga! Oh sige na baka mapagod ang Heyhey ko. Purkit alam mong mahal kita, eh. Kahit sesantihin ako ng boss ko, ikaw ang mahalaga."Charlene
Hailey chuckled.
"I love you Tita Cha, but I won't let you fire by your boss because of me. Papaano na iyong work mo? You have to earn money for your future Christian Grey and for my future pinsans. 'Di ba, Tita Cha, you promise?"Hailey
All of us laughed except of Hailey.
"Promise 'yan!"Charlene
Hailey laughed until her gazes turn to her Tita Charlene's back.
"Mommy Lola!"Hailey
She stood up and raised her arms again.
"Oh sige na sige na, your dextrose. Aray ko ang rayuma ko!"Glenda
I laughed so hard while guiding them especially Mom to sit on Hailey's bed. Hailey just clung her legs on her Mommy Lola's waist then hugged the latter as tight as she could.
"I just really missed you, Mommy Lola."Hailey
She exhaled while leaning on her Lola's chest.
"I missed you too. I love you so much. You were so strong my love."Glenda
"Thank you, Mommy Lola. I love you too, so much!"Hailey
She kissed the tip of Mom's nose before tilted her head with a grin on her face, and that's when I felt the nervous.
"Where are they?"Hailey
I just lifted my lashes when her gaze stopped at me.
"Mama where's P—"Hailey
"Hailey girl!!!"
Panandaliang nawala ang kaba sa dibdib ko habang nakatingin kay Vice na may dalang dalawang paper bag habang nakasunod naman sa kanya si Dawn.
"Ninang Vice! Ninang Dawn!"Hailey
She chuckled while waiting for them to go near her. I exhaled because I was saved by them.
"Oh my gosh! You're finally awake!!!"Dawn
They hugged Hailey so I made an eye contact with Dawn.
"How's our Hailey?"Dawn
Dawn smiled after she removed her eyes on me. Napatingin ako kay Sab na lumabas sa pinto, she's holding her phone so I think she got a call.
"I am fine po, Ninang Dawn. I feel better because I saw all of you. But where's—"Hailey
"I bought something for you, Hailey! I'm sure magugustuhan mo 'to!"Vice
"Hulaan ko, puro kabaklaan 'yan 'no?"Dawn
"Tse!"Vice
They laughed habang ako ay kinakabahan pa rin. I don't know why, oh yes I know why? Pero may iba talaga akong nararamdaman, parang dumoble ang kaba ko at mas lalo akong hindi mapakali.
"Ate Lea."Sab
Napatingin naman ako kay Sab na nasa pintuan at hawak-hawak ang seradula ng pinto.
"Sab, what is it?"ako
"Si Abu."Sab
I crease my forehead because she couldn't continue what she wants to say.
"Lolo Samuel? I was looking for him. Where's Lolo Samuel, Tita? Is he okay? Also, where's Papa, Mama?"Hailey
I looked down to Hailey na nakatingala sa akin. I looked again at Sab and she looked very anxious and scared. What has happened?
"Kambal, bakit?"Sam
Lumapit sa kanya si Samantha. My eyes went round nang biglang umiyak si Sab sa balikat ng kapatid kaya laagad akong napatayo.
"Kambal, bakit? Ano ba? Ano'ng nangyari? Why are you crying?"Sam
"Sabrina."ako
I called her name and placed my hand on her cheek nang makalapit ako sa kanila. Namumula ang mga mata niya nang tumingin siya sa akin, and she seemed breaking.
I just found her crying on my chest habang yakap-yakap ako nang mahigpit, yumakap na rin sa akin si Sam kaya niyakap ko na lang rin sila nang mahigpit. I'm just staring at the floor while my tears keep falling down on my cheeks. Hindi ko na napigilang makagawa ng ingay dahil sa pag-iyak, kaya lalong lumakas ang iyak ng dalawang kambal. I know this feeling even they can't tell me, I already felt this before when my Dad and my daughter died. You should have waited for my second child, Abu.
