Gray and Natsu woke up. In the same bed, still having their arms around each other.

"Wait... so that wasn't... a dream?" Natsu looked at Gray.

"Apparently not."

"What happens now?"

"We'll figure that out."

They let go of each other and started to get ready for breakfast.

After ten minutes Erza woke up.

"Good morning, Natsu. And... Gray? What are you doing here?"

"Well, I ended up in a room with a crazy woman. Had to run."

"What happened after?" Erza smiled and winked in Gray and Natsu's direction.

Natsu blushed, hoping Erza wouldn't see.

"What, nothing really. I just stayed here overnight," Gray said, hiding all emotions per usual.

Natsu blushed even more.

"If you excuse us, we'll be off for breakfast. Gray continued, still calm. "At least I am. I'm hungry."

"I'll join you." Natsu said quickly, and together they walked out of the room.

They started to walk towards the breakfast room.

"How did you manage to keep everything in? I mean, I would have said something if you didn't say we were leaving." Natsu looked at Gray, obviously impressed.

"Years of training. You know the guild as well as me, stories travel around faster than the light. Telling Erza would have been a huge mistake."

"I guess so."

After walking a little more, Natsu started talking again.

"Hey Gray, I was wondering something. Why would Lucy do that? I mean, it's kinda weird, isn't it"

"She's desperate. Extremely desperate. For some reason. I won't ever understand girls."

"Then it's good that you're with me. Or, I mean you know..." Natsu rubbed his head.

"Well, you're not the most masculine person I've ever met either."

"Rude!"

Gray just laughed. Natsu really loved that laugh. And he thought that Gray laughing at least means he didn't regret yesterday. Hopefully.

When they finally got to the breakfast they could see Lucy sitting alone at a table.

"Let's avoid her, shall we?" Gray said as they were making their sandwiches. "She looks kinda upset."

"Sounds like a plan."

They sat down at a table and started eating.

Natsu really was afraid of what could happen after this.

"Gray, what is Juvia going to say, I mean, she's really into you."

"We'll wait and see."

"Happy is going to be a pain in the ass if he finds out."
