Chapter ten

Your pov

I sigh as I walk into class, my head is aching. A few students are sitting casually waiting to leave. I only came back to retrieve my bag. I see Kirishima talking to a few students.

"Hey Kiri!" I say.

He looks over at me and then smiles. "(Y/N)! Thanks for saving me back there. I wasn't aware of what I was dealing with." He says rubbing the back of his neck embarrassed:

"Oh! Well of course! How are you feeling? You took quite the fall" I ask nicely while giggling.

"I'm doing fine, thanks" he says.

"Woah you are a lot nicer than I thought" Kirishimas friend says.

"Umm, who are you?" I ask.

"Oh! I'm Hanta Sero" He says smiling.

"And I'm Mina Ashido!" A pink alien girl says happily.

"Well it's nice to meet you all but I'd like to know where Bakugo is" I say after everyone introduces themselves.

"Oh Midoriya just asked the same thing" Kiri says "they both just ran out of class"

I think before smiling at Kiri. "Thank you!"

I teleport in front of the school. I quickly realize that Midoriya is about to talk to Bakugou. So I squeak quietly before teleporting behind one of the pillars near the entrance.

I listen to what they're saying. It seems that Midoriya's quirk was passed down to him from someone not too long ago. It went silent before I hear Bakugou mutter something, "Do you think I'm that dumb?"

"A "borrowed quirk"?! Are you trying to make me out to be more of a fool than you already have?!" Bakugou says.

"As I was watching that ice guy and (Y/N) I thought, I could never beat them!!" He screams. "Damn it! I even ended up agreeing with what that pony tailed girl said!! My actions were foolish!!!"

My heart stops and sadness fills my aching head as I see tears gathered up in his eyes.

"I watched (Y/N) talk back to her! She was so strong for backing up for herself!! Why couldn't I have done that?!" I watched him yell.

I smile sadly at what he said about me. He thinks I'm strong. I guess he just needed something or someone to push him to say it.

I hear Bakugou chant "Damn it! Damn it! Damn it!!" Before he tells Midoriya that he is going to be number one.

I was about to walk to him before I feel a strong gust of wind. My hair blew in the direction before I see All Might talking to Bakugou. I growl before running after him. All Might seems to be trying to remind Bakugou that he has to be strong before I cut him off.

"All Might" I say catching his attention.

Both Bakugou and All Might turn around.

I glare at All Might with a dark aura surrounding me. "Let go of him. He doesn't need your pity.  You don't have to remind him that he'll become a pro hero because everyone already knows that. He will be strong enough to surpass even you and become number one."

I walk past them, "Don't ever forget it" I snarl.

I continue walking with my tail swaying side to side calmly.

I watch (Y/N) calmly walk away after lecturing All Might. My heart beats rapidly and I catch my breath. I shake my head and pull myself away from All Might. I glare at him before catching up to (Y/N).  She has to be mine.
