That was my quote until I went to a special school for pre-heroes.

"Ughh it's not my fault!! I want to get this thing over with!!!" I complain.
"52 people have passed" the tired guy says through the intercom making me sigh.
I get up from my sitting position.
"Sorry Todoroki but I want to get my license. I'm going to get it wether or not you are with me" I say as I begin to walk away.
I heard him stumble before running up to me. I smirk slightly to myself. We pick up the pace and begin to jog around the area in search for someone to defeat. I notice a ball being thrown at us to I create fire to burn it.
"That was pretty good. As expected from the runner up of the sports festival" I hear from above.
I look up at see a group of students in what looks like ninja costumes. I try to contain my laughter.
"What the fuck is going on here?!" I laugh. "Did I forget that today was Halloween or something?! The hell kind of costume you wearing?? HAHAHAHAHA!!!!" I die and try not to fall on the ground.
"(L/N) show maturity" Todoroki spits out.
I catch my breath and wipe some tears.
"Okay okay lets do this" I say creating fire in both of my hands.
The ninja throws a small bolt at us when suddenly it grows massively in size. I jump back as Todoroki creates ice to cover us.
"Can his quirk make things grow in size?" Todoroki asks himself.
"He wishes" I mutter.
He is yelling something while throwing shit at us (no not legit shit, he ain't no monkey) I can't really make out what he is saying, when all of a sudden the ice breaks. Todoroki and I notice another large bolt headed our way and we blast it with fire. The bolt is unaffected.
"What the-" I mutter before the guy starts yammering about the metal or whatever.
I try to blast them with fire but it seems they planned this out. Two other students blast water and I think dirt?? At my fire blast so it doesn't work.
Smoke cover the area, I was about to blast again before I felt my wrist being tugged. I yelp slightly before I am pulled away. Todoroki let's go of my wrist when I get the idea.
"Factories are built like this to help quirks, so there has to be something to help us" He says.
I realized that there could be a tank containing some type of flammable gas. Aha!
"Todo! The tank!" I say pointing to it.
"On it" He says getting the memo.
I light a sign on fire and grab Todoroki. I expand my wings and fly us up and onto a pipe right in front of the tank.
"They got us!!" The ninja guy yells.
Todoroki reaches out his hand and I crouch down. I inhale feeling the burning sensation in my throat before exhaling blue fire. I blast the tank with Todoroki and it explodes.
Todoroki creates a wall of ice to hide behind so we don't get blown away. Once the explosion stops we head down to the ground. I smirk showing my fangs off.
"These bastards are crazy" the ninja mutters.
"Sorry, I cant afford to fail" Todoroki says.
I grab the balls from my jacket pocket and throw them up. I catch 2 with my hand and one with my tail.
I whistle as I tag five of them while Todoroki gets the other five. The ninjas are pissed as we leave.
"Those who have passed can head to the waiting room. Hurry" our targets says.
"Nice" I laugh slightly.
Todoroki begins muttering about how he needs to improve. We make it to the waiting room and it seems there are a lot of people here.
"There's a lot of people" I say to Todoroki and he nods his head.
We head over to a couch and sit down. I pull out my phone and begin scrolling through social media. I can't get over that guy yelling about some hero. I stare over at him to see what he was blabbering about. He looks over at us and glares.
I glare back at him and he seems shocked. He turns back to the guy he was talking to.
"Wait what were we talking about?" He ask him.
"How am I supposed to know? You were talking to me!" The student says.
I scoff and look at Todoroki.
"Who does that guy think he is huh?" I ask him.
Todoroki shrugs.
I sigh and lean back into the couch. I toss and turn but I just can't get comfortable. I groan and look at Todoroki.
"Hey Todoroki" I say catching his attention.
He looks my way.
"Can you sit like this?" I say turning sideways and putting my feet on the couch.
He does it and I do the same thing and lean on his back. I finally relax.
