Chapter twenty-five

Your pov

I walk out and into the arena I face Tokoyami.

I smirk "may the best hero win" I say.

He nods his head and makes Dark Shadow appear.

"Ready?!" Present Mic yells "START!!!"

Tokoyami commands Dark Shadow to attack me. I stand still and wait until he gets close enough. Once Dark Shadow is close enough I make fire flare out of my mouth.

Dark Shadow yells and uses his arms to cover his eyes. He whips to the side and gets a good hit on my side. I skid to the right but stay in bounds. I run towards Tokoyami but Dark Shadow cuts me off. I create a large fire from both of my hands and make Dark Shadow completely useless.

"(L/N) uses her fire to make Dark Shadow extremely weak!!! Now what is Tokoyami going to do?!?!" Present Mic yells.

My hands begin to burn but I run at Tokoyami anyways. He puts up his arms to defend himself. I jump up and roundhouse kick him with all of my power. His body flies across the arena and out of bounds.

"Fumikage Tokoyami is out of bounds!!" Present Mic yells.

"(Y/N) (L/N) wins!" Midnight says.

I quickly teleport over to the fallen Tokoyami. I stick out my hand for him to get up. He uses it to get up.

"Damn your really strong" he says.

"I'd have to say the same for you! However my quirk is overpowering yours. Don't let that get to you. Anybody else you fight will most likely lose!" I say smirking.

He smiles and nods his head. "Thanks (L/N)"

He walks off and I turn around and see Midnight fangirling at our niceness and "youth". I quickly speed walk away from her and out of the arena.

A migraine suddenly attacked my head. I hold my head in my hands for a second. This is He result of my quirk. If I don't stop using most of my power, I'll go insane. I take a deep breath and walk up to the bleachers.

I go to sit next to Bakugou again but I notice he's gone. I look around and see on the big screen that he's up next along with Kirishima. I sit down and cross my arms. This is going to be great!

I think about how intense it's going to be! Kirishima can withstand Bakugous explosions so they can only do close combat with their strength. I watch them both walk out and onto the arena.

(Imma be honest I'm too lazy to write every detail so here you go)

I sit and wait for the next round to see who I go against. Either Bakugou, Iida, or Todoroki. I hope I don't get Todoroki, I mean I could I probably beat him but it would be intense and I'm not willing to deal with that.

"Up next is (Y/N) (L/N) vs Katsuki Bakugou!!" Present Mic yells.

I feel a shiver go down my spine as I look at the angry boy next to me. He shows no emotion before taking a deep breath and glaring at me. I shake it off and smirk before glaring back at him.

"This fight is going to be deadly" Kirishima mutters.

I get up and walk toward the waiting room. I walk into the room and close it behind me. I sit down in one of the seats and hold my head. I am starting to feel my heart beat on my head. It's trying to go away but it can't. If I want to win against Bakugou I have to try my hardest. Kirishima was right...
