Chapter twenty

Your POV

I sit on Bakugou and Sero's arms while Kirishima is in front. He can withstand my heated hands and body. I have our 665 headband wrapped around my head. We all stand in formation suddenly we are told to go.

We all run towards Midoriya's team.

"Let's not get too close to the crowd!" I say.

Kirishima nods.

"You can fly closer to them by yourself!" Bakugou yells.

"By myself?!" I ask.

"It's okay! I will grab you once you need to be" Sero yells.

I hesitate but eventually make my wings appear and launch me forward my team stays behind but not too far. I fly up to Midoriya and smirk. I notice the fear on his face as I reach for his headband. I see someone hand reach for my headband so I jolt back. I almost fell but I feel take wrap around my waist and pull me back.

"BE CAREFUL IDIOT!!" Bakugou yells.

I land on their arms and we continue running we don't realize the team behind us and they grab our headband.

"Class A is too simple-minded" I hear the blonde say.

"What'd you say?! Give that back!! I'll kill you!!!" Bakugou yells.

"You're famous aren't you?" He says making us freeze.

Hatred begins to boil in me.

"As the victim of that sludge villain attack. Tell me about it some time-" He says." About how it feels to be attacked by villains once a year"

"Monoma! Don't provoke them. You'll be the same as him" I hear a voice.

I look down. "Kaibara???"

"Hello! How are you (L/N)?"

"I'm great I'm glad you made it to U.A. However, you're teammate is about to get his ass beat!!" I say angrily.

"I wouldn't be a hero. Besides you don't often hear about heroes who get done by villains who want revenge" Monoma says.

We go and attack him but he copies our quirks and fights back. Someone shoots these fluids at us. Causing us to get stuck while they run away. That kid continues to taunt us.

My hands begin to heat up.

"That bastard is not getting away with what he said" I say before jumping up and blasting my way to them.

"Come back you ass-wipes!!!!" I scream.

Suddenly one of the team mates makes an air wall. I use my fire to punch at it.

"You can't see this wall. Serves you right" he says.

I land a hard punch on the wall and it breaks. I grab all of the headbands around his neck. I only manage to take two.

I am pulled back to my team.

"We aren't done yet!! We have to be the indisputable champions of the game!!!" I yell.

"We have to get these bastards and our headband back! Then we'll head for broccoli head!!!" I scream in anger.

I look down at all of them and see them grow smirks on their face in confidence.

We run at them at full speed. That guy attempts to make a wall again but we easily break through the wall and grab the headband.

We then sprint to the wall of ice.

"We have to get to Deku and Todoroki!" Bakugou yells.

"I got this!!" I say creating a huge fire in front of us.

It melts the ice and we break through. I jump up and at them.

"Wait what?!" I ask confused.

I notice that Midoriya is headed for Todoroki so he must have the 10 million headband.

"Icey-Hot!!" I yell while blasting my way to him.

Suddenly the timer goes off, indicating the end of the battle. I get distracted and land on my face.

"Ouch" I mutter in the cement.

"(N/N)?! Are you okay?!" Kirishima asks.

I put my thumb up.

"In first place, Team Todoroki!"

"In second place, Team (L/N)!!" Present Mic yells.

I hear Bakugou scream. "IF IT WASNT FOR THAT COPY FREAK!! WE WOULD HAVE MADE FIRST PLACE!!!"

I go to him and place my hand on his shoulder. "Second place isn't too bad" I say smiling.

He stops yelling and stares at me with a small blush.

"He totally likes her" I hear both Kirishima and Sero mutter.

I glare at them before Present Mic says it's lunch hour.

"HELL YEAH!!! LUNCH TIME!!" I say before teleporting into the cafeteria.
