Newt POV

Newt, (y/n)

You are both siblings, why else did you think you were connected?

That was the letter that ruined my life for at least a year. (y/n) or the one of the two girls in the glade came up about 3 months after me and there was something about her that I was drawn too, I didn't know what or why but we eventually grew closer before i realised that I loved her.

Well we had a solid relationship for about 6 months before that dreaded letter came up breaking us both, so much that we stayed away from eachother, refusing to accept that we were related.

We eventually got out the maze where we sadly lost Chuck which was also the first time she had spoke to me since the letter.

*Flash back*

As Chuck took his last breath, (y/n) looked at me for the first time in months

"Newt.. I'm not sure if I want to go out if there's nothing for us" she said with tears streaming down

"There must be something, somewhere for us to go, we'll be ok" I replied

She gave a small smile as men came rushing in taking us away with only Thomas's screams for Chuck to be heard..

*End of flash back*

Unfortunately just as I thought we were getting somewhere (y/n) and Teresa were dragged away

But then when Thomas found out that the 'safe place's we were in was actually WCKD and they were doing something to bodies of the people that were taken away.

So we made our next escape but we had to get Teresa and (y/n) but when we got them (y/n) seemed distant with me again which was heartbreaking as I didn't know why. Did she blame me for something? Maybe it was for the best if she wasn't speaking to me considering we're siblings and I still bloody love her.

Anyway we escaped the scorch and cranks and met a few more friends along the way before reaching the Right Arm where we were met with Aris's maze friends Harriet and Sonya.

They took us to leader Vince as he got to determine whether we stay or not, throughout all of this me and (y/n) had exchanged five words with eachother and that was it.

Just as Vince was deciding Brenda collapsed and it was then revealed she had been bitten by a crank. We were then met with Mary who told us some interesting news.

*Flash back*

"No but he can, hello Thomas" Mary smiled

"You know me?" Thomas asked
