Kayla POV

"Girls are you ready?" Some woman asked us

"Yes!!" I squealed

My friends, Poppy, Elisa, Esmai and Ruby all squealed along with me as well

We were doing text santa and were singing All I want for Christmas, the cover version by Fifth Harmony and we were all very excited

Although I was also kind of nervous, we had done the song so many times but I had a lot of hard parts to do so we'll just have to see how it goes

"Ok your on in 3,2 and 1"....

Sam POV

Me and Joanna were watching a group of girls singing, they were very good, especially the girl with (y/h/c) hair

I glanced over at Joanna who had no expression what so ever.

See at the start of our relationship she was happier and kinder but now she was just stone cold plus I am pretty sure she's cheating which to be honest didn't seem to bother me

I didn't feel like there was any spark between us anymore.

I continued to watch them continuing to be impressed.

When they finished we all clapped, Joanna slightly clapped, as usual, but after a few moments the party part started

I asked Joanna if she wanted a drink and when she shrugged I just went over to the bar and looked over at her, she was talking to some guy

I sighed and looked back in front of me

"Hey can I just have five cokes please"

I looked over and saw the girl with (y/h/c) hair next to me ordering drinks

"Hey great performance you did" I said to her

She looked over at me a smiled "thank you! I'm glad it's over though I was so nervous"

"Well you did great, I'm Sam by the way" I replied

"Oh nice to meet you Sam, I'm Kayla" she said

"Beautiful name" I smiled

"Thank you" she smiled "are you here with anyone?" She asked

"Yeah my soon to be ex girlfriend" I replied

"Well that's a new title on someone" she laughed

"It's the first time I've called someone that as well" I replied

"Why are you breaking up?" She asked

"I'm pretty sure she's cheating with the guy she's currently talking to" I replied

"Ouch that must suck" she said

"Yeah a bit but I'm not overly that bothered" I said

"I honestly don't see the point in cheating like if you want to be with someone else then just break up with the person you're with, it's not that difficult" she said

"You know what I completely agree with you" I replied as her drinks came on a tray

"Well I hope it goes ok" she said
