Trapped. That's how you feel, powerless. It's horrible.

When I was 15 I was assaulted, sexually by my bestfriends close friend. It was after a party when it happened, Dean was drunk and well yeah..

I never told anyone, not even my parents, just carried on like normal, Thomas, my bestfriend knew something was up but I just said I was feeling ill and he kind of dropped it but never believed me.

I was now 19 coming up 20 and Thomas wanted to throw me a huge party. Ever since it happened I've been afraid to go to parties or to even look Dean in the eye. Whenever he came over I'd walk away or stay quiet and go on my phone or something

"(y/n)? (y/n)!!"

I snapped out of my daydream and looked at (y/b/f/n) who was snapping her fingers in my face

"Huh? Sorry" I said

"What's wrong with you? You've been like this for days" she asked concerned

"I'm fine just haven't really been sleeping" I said

"Well you need sleep if your going to have a party" she said

"I told you I don't want a party" I said

"Well though both me and Thomas want you to have one!! You haven't had one since you were 15!!!" She exclaimed

"I just don't like them" I said

"You used to" she replied

"Yeah well things change" I said looking at my drink

"Are you sure you're ok?" She asked

I looked at her and nodded

"Right well if you really don't want a party then you'll have to tell Thomas" she said

"What? I can't do that to him he's so excited, you tell him" I pleaded

"Nope you're the one that don't want one" she said

Just on cue my phone rang making me jump slightly, it was Thomas

"Hey"

"Hey are you home?"

"Not currently"

"Ok are you busy?"

"I'm with (y/b/f/n)"

"Ok come home, I'm on my way round"

"What why?"

"You'll see just get home"

I put the phone down and looked at (y/b/f/n) "I'm required to go home"

"By who?" She asked

"Thomas who do you think" I said

"Oh well off you go then, don't keep the man waiting" she said

I smiled at her "see you later"

I quickly made my way home to find him on the doorstep
"How did you get here before me?" I asked
