Adora
"Hubba hubba," I said, smiling as Santiago turned around to face me.
He straightened his suit out and my head fell in my palm. "I love that one."
He turned around and looked in the mirror. "You like this one?"
"I love that one."
He just cocked his head over and continued to examine himself in the mirror.
"You're beautiful, this is the one you're getting," I said, standing up as I grabbed my purse.
He chuckled and turned around to face me, his famous grin in his face.
"I'll go tell them that's the one while you get dressed."
He just nodded and walked back into the dressing room, making me grab the ticket from the table beside the couch.
"Hey, we're going with this one," I said, sliding the ticket across the desk to the cashier.
"Alright, I'll get that rung up"
I smiled and stood against the desk, tapping my fingers against it. Santiago walked out of the dressing room, clad in his jeans and black shirt.
I smiled and raised my eyebrows.
You really are with a sex god.
"Everything fit okay, need any alternations?" The lady asked, her eyes dragging down Santiago.
"Nope," I answered, shooting her a smile.
Santiago just grinned and pulled out his wallet, placing the suit on the counter.
"Your total is," she said, tapping the screen a few times, "one thousand dollars and seventeen cents."
My eyebrows shot up. It still slipped my mind that such a hefty price tag was normal to Santiago.
He slid his card across to her and looked over at me, grinning.
"Could've been more expensive, you have a good eye," he said, grabbing his card.
I just sighed and placed my tongue in my bottom lip as the lady continued to admire Santiago as his receipt printed out.
"There you are, Mr. King," she said, sliding his receipt across to him.
He smiled and walked around the corner of the checkout desk, making me follow.
"Thank you," he said.
"I'm assuming you're getting this for the gala tonight?" She asked, biting down on her bottom lip.
I tried my hardest to not roll my eyes.
"I am," he said, "thanks again."
She just smiled and we walked out of the store. He just laughed and looked over at me.
"What?" I asked, a small smile tugging at my lips.
He jutted his bottom lip out and shook his head. "Clingy today?"
"Oh, shut up," I said, "I have to keep you close, you're the best I'm ever going to get."
He just looked down at me, a blank expression on his face.
"Don't ever say anything like that ever again, you could have any man you want and you know it. I just got blessed to be your choice."
I stopped in my tracks, unable to stop admiring him. I just cocked my head over with a smile as he walked in front of me.
