Santiago

"Mr. King?"

I turned around and cocked an eyebrow up when I saw Asad standing at the door, an arm propped up against it.

I just chuckled. "What the hell are you doing here?"

"Came by to see you."

"Me? Oh, don't, I'm blushing," I said, chuckling as I pushed myself off of my window.

He just smiled. "How's the baby mama?"

"Not a baby mama," I said.

"That must've stung," he said, "did you even get to hit it raw?"

I just rolled my eyes. "Why did you really stop by,A?"

He shrugged. "Whats wrong with stopping by to see my main man?"

I just furrowed my brows. "Nothing, you just don't do it much."

I just narrowed my eyes in his direction. "Unless you have something going on with one of my employees, oh god, who are you fucking?"

He just laughed and plopped down on my couch. "I have to be fucking someone to stop by and see you?"

My doors opened and in walked my assistant, her makeup noticeably done up a bit more than it usually was. Her hair was in curls, and she had ditched her usual glasses for contacts.

"The receptionist asked me to drop by some papers for you," she said, smiling as she placed them on my desk.

I watched her eyes dart over to Asad, her lips pulling up into a grin.

He just smiled and cocked and eyebrow up at her, making my eyebrows go into a deep furrow.

"I'll get out of your hair now," she said, smiling as she sashayed towards the door.

Asad just watched, his eyes following her every move.

As soon as she shut my door behind her, I looked over at him. "A, she's gone."

He just looked over at me.

"Your're hooking up with Victoria?" I asked, chuckling as I plopped down in my chair.

"It was only a few times," he said, holding his hands up.

"I don't care what you do, Asad," I said, "it's about time you get a girl that's not just a fling."

"I never said she was more than that. Wanna know how many times?"

I just looked over at him. The boys had taken after Asad in a lot of ways, mostly Josiah. Fred was more like Toni.

The subtle flirt was more so Asad and Josiah, the full blown flirt was more so Toni and Fred.

He held up three fingers, a grin on his face. "Three times."

"I'm proud of you," I said, chuckling.

"She's so good, oh my god," he said.

"Isn't she like, I don't know, twelve?" I asked, looking in his direction.

"She's twenty-one," he said, "I'm thirty-nine."

I just sucked in a breath.

"I don't want to hear any talk on an age gap!" He said, "you're dating a twenty-four year old."

I just held my hands up with a laugh. "Can't control who you love."

"Tell me about it, King," he said.

I just looked over at him. "It's gotten that serious already?"

"Oh hell no," he said "no, it probably won't get that serious. We're just a fling right now, and that's probably all it'll ever be."
