Angelica P.O.V :
The two days had passed , now its the dawn of the third day , Hansel didnt speak to me the past two day nor even looked at me he stayed in a corner and didnt move from it , Parker did as I told him no one came here to visit and no one brought us food , we are starving here but I had no options , Pete must have his spies every where , I cant risk it , we must appear that we are King Jacob's prisoners and that he is treating us badly , Pete must be here by today night or tomorrow morning , Parker or Adam one of them will bring us the food today when I will tell whoever of them the rest of the plan .
Its nearly noon when I heard someone coming , it was Parker .
"How are doing ? I brought food"
"Thank God , I am starving" cried Gretel taking the food from and went to sit beside Hansel .
"I still dont understand whats the use of not bringing you any food the past two days"
"I will tell you later , do you know anything about Pete ?"
"Yes , he will be here by night"
"Very well , now listen when the king asks for me to come either you or Adam who will bring me and I need Hansel and Gretel to be outside too but without being seen , I need them to be in the terrace of the throne room just in case anything happens , and weapons they must have all the kind of weapons with them"
"Thats easy there a secret passage in the cells that will take them directly to my room which is above the throne room , they could descend from the terrace of my room to the terrace of the throne room , and I will put all the kinds of weapons in my room , in the closet I will hide them there"
"Very good , now no one should know this but you and Adam , and dont come here again except when Pete comes"
"Okay" he turned and left the cell .
"Guys Pete is coming tonight , he must be on his way"
"Oh um is that a good thing or bad ?" asked Gretel and Hansel remain silent .
"Good very good , I need your help , someone has to protect my back"
"We are in" said Gretel .
"You are in only you dont speak with my name I wont help you in this" said Hansel , Gretel was about to argue with him but I stopped her .
"Leave him , I wont force him to do something he doesnt want to" he didnt say anything just turned his face away from me and I went to sit in a corner away from them , Gretel came and sat beside my giving me food , I took it without hesitation I was starving .
"You will need all your energy today , eat them take a rest"
"Thank you , now listen carefully of what I am going to tell you"
Night :
The night has fallen , Pete must be here by now , its only a matter of time .
Three hours nearly passed when I heard someone coming in , Parker .
"Time to go"
"I am ready" he took me to the throne room where there was King Jacoub sitting on his throne and Pete sitting beside him , Adam wasnt there yet .
"Well isnt that my beautiful cousin , how are doing ? long time no see"
"What are you doing here Pete ?" I asked him through my gritted teeth .
