Chapter twenty six : Fixing the mess

Angelica P.O.V :

The journey back to Oelandia was very fast , it took only one day and a half , we were racing the wind , Parker was right there was mess everywhere , we took the shortest route for the castle which was by passing through Basilica square , the market was either closed or destroyed there was even some buildings which was burned , we hardly met anyone , it was like a desert .

"I was too selfish" I said observing was happened "I only thought about myself and didnt think about my people and my kingdom"

"True" said Hansel beside me "but it was our fault too , we should have advised you to move faster"

"Hansel you are making it worse" cried Gretel , Hansel was on my left and Gretel was on my right "look Angelica now we would fix everything , we would make everything return as it was before as fast as we could dont worry"

"You have to worry , Pete is still out there certainly planning to kill you , or trying to make the people hate you so they would kill you themselves" said Hansel and Gretel gave him a death stare "You know what I am saying is right , we need to be alert and ready not just say that everything would be fine and we know that nothing is fine , anyway we need to get going"

"You are right , lets go" I said .

We went back to the castle , it was the only thing in the kingdom that didnt or destroy or burned , the guards were surrounding the whole castle , all along its perimeter , the head of the guards was standing on the main gates where we were heading to , they shew there soldiers when they saw the force that was with me , they were wearing Bahusia's uniform , but then when they saw the three of us they bowed and opened the gates for us to enter .

"LONG LIVE FOR THE QUEEN" is what I heard since they saw me on the main gates till I was on the castle's door .

"Wow that Lucas was right" cried Hansel "they love you"

"Honestly I didnt expect that" said Gretel "I thought that they would burn us alive" 

"If you thought that why you used to act as Miss Positive all our way here" mocked Hansel .

"Cause you were acting like Mr Negative all our way back here" mocked Gretel back .

"Will Miss Positive and Mr Negative shut up now please ?" and they only chuckled at me .

"So um what are we going to do now ?" asked Gretel .

"Call for the Head of the guards and the captain of the army , all of the advisors and anyone important I didnt mention" 

"Consider it done" chuckled Hansel and he started to move on his way .

"What are we going to do now ?" asked Gretel .

"We need to have all the papers and the contracts , all the files and the reports"

"Then lets head to the library , every paper we want would be in the official paper management section" said Gretel .

"Great lets go" and we headed to the library .

Gretel and I brought all the papers that was there even if we wouldnt need it , when we went to the throne room Hansel was there with other four men , Captain Blake the captain of the army acts under the orders of Hansel and Gretel , Mr Lucius the head of the guards , Mr Glen responsible for the economy , Mr Eric responsible for the nutrition , each one of them was sitting on his chair on the meeting table when they became alert of my presence they stood up and bowed to me .
