Angelica P.O.V :
Meanwhile in the other kingdom (A.N: this happened since Pete left Angelica)
Pete has left since midnight and didn't come back yet , I shouldn't have shouted at him but he shouted first , I can't even stand on my leg and go and look for him , I heard a knock on the door "Come in" the doctors get in the room , examined my knee .
"Very well , your knee is improving in a good rate" the doctor said cheerfully , 'if you only know what happened last night' I thought .
"Oh thank God , but when will I be able to move again ?"
"From today if you want , but not for too long , you can move from a room to room , but not walking in the garden , is that clear ?"
"Yes doctor"
"Very good , now do you mind if I go or you need anything else your highness"
"No thank you , you may go"
I didn't move all the day , it was nearly noon , no one came to see me , not my parents or Pete even Hansel and Gretel they used to come and check up on me , especially Gretel , but today no one came in , even the maids .
Finally there was a knock on the door "come in" , I thought it would be my parents or Gretel but it was a maid .
She got in the room , bowed to me and began to talk "your highness , I came to see if you need anything"
"WOW REALLY , WHY SO EARLY ?" I yelled sarcastically at her .
"Oh I am so sorry your highness , but I didn't mean to be late , but the king is so furious , and so is the queen"
"Why what happened ?" this can't be good , it has something to do with Adam .
"Prince Pete is missing and so is the prisoner"
"Wait Pete is messing , and what prisoner you're talking about ?" I asked as if I didn't know .
"Yes your highness , the king asked for Prince Pete one of the servants went to call him but he wasn't there , the king thought that he was having a walk in the garden and asked to look for him but we didn't found him there either , then we thought he would torture the prisoner in his cells , but neither Prince Pete nor the prisoner was there , that made him more furious" she explained .
"AND HOW I WASN'T INFORMED ABOUT ALL OF THAT ?"
"Your highness that was the Queen's orders , to not disturb you , please don't tell her I told you anything" she begged .
"Don't worry , I won't say anything , now help me to go to the throne room"
"But your highness your knee"
"The doctor said that I can move in the castle but not for too long , now help me to stand up" she helped me to stand up and I limped to the throne room putting a hand on the wall beside me for support , finally I got to it .
The guards on the room's door were wide eyes when they saw me .
"Your highness what are you doing outside your bed ?" One of the six guards on the door said running towards me to help me to stand up .
"I am fine , just I need to get to my father"
"Your highness I am sorry but I can't let you in" he said lowering his voice .
"What do you mean you can't let me in ?" I nearly yelled
"It's the king's orders your highness , to not let anyone get in except for Prince Pete" another guard came closer and explained to me while the other is still helping me standing .
I looked at both of them and let go of the guard who was holding me , they think I am weak "OKAY I GOT ENOUGH OF ALL OF THIS , IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR EYES BOTH OF YOU , THIS IS A CROWN ON MY HEAD , THE PRINCESS'S CROWN , YOUR PRINCESS AND YOUR FUTURE QUEEN , SO YOU BOTH GET OUT OF MY WAY AND LET ME SEE MY FATHER , THE KING , OR ELSE YOU WON'T LIKE WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN LATER " I threatened them .
"But your highness , the king's orders were clear , not to let anyone in except for Prince Pete" the one who was holding me argued .
"THAT'S BECAUSE HE WASN'T EXPECTING ME TO GET OUT OF THE BED , NOW MOVE AND LET ME GET IN"
"I am sorry but orders are orders" he stated and the other guards just stood there watching us , I was about to talk but the doors of the throne room were opened , we looked towards it and we saw Gretel getting out of the room .
"Why the hell are you shouting ?" she nearly yelled at the guards , obviously she didn't see me .
"I was the one who was shouting" I said and she turned her gaze towards me .
"Oh your highness , I am so sorry I didn't see you" she said bowing to me "but what are you doing out of your bed , you're supposed to be resting ?"
"For the last time I am fine and the doctor told me that I can move , now I want to see my father and they both not letting me in , saying that the king gave orders for no one entering except for Pete"
"Well your highness I am so sorry for saying that , but they are right , the king said no one enter except for Prince Pete"
My eyes were wide and my mouth dropped open , I didn't expect that "What do you mean 'they are right' , well all of you here if you can not see I AM YOUR PRINCESS , and this is an order to let me get in to see my father or else your heads won't be on their places , is that clear , now get away and let me enter" I tried to move to get it but Gretel stopped me .
"I am sorry your highness , but we have orders , and according to these orders you would be taken back to your room at once , guards take the princess to her room , if she didn't cooperate you know what you have to do" she ordered the guards and turned around back to the throne room .
"What the hell , are you going to drug me to take me back to my room ? Well guess what you won't , and now get of my way" I ordered but they didn't listen someone came from my back put a piece of cloth on my mouth and nose , I tried to resist but couldn't , now everything was black .
