I sighed, 4 packets of seeds that weren't successful. The moon was high in the sky and I haven't had a wink of sleep. I will get this tonight was all I was thinking.

'Brat your close, we might need more of my chakra' Shikoku said as he was pushing for control. I shook my head "no we can't" I said aloud, it's too late for anyone to be out and I needed my mind cleared. "Just give me one more chance please" I begged, I'm so close I can feel it.

I replaced the dead seeds and put a fresh one in. I concentrated Shikokus chakra carefully while signing for the earth and water jutsus. I then put my hands together over the seed and murmured "Nature's style life jutsu" mine and Shikokus chakra flowed into the seed. I let out a gasp as it slowly began to grow. It grew bigger and I had to get up and out of the way for it to grow. I felt a huge smile form on my face when the once an apple seed now turned into a medium sized apple tree. But it didn't form any apples, 'Shikoku where's the apples?' I asked looking around the tree.

'Brat you need to add the earth and water jutsu combined again' I did as he said and surely enough bright red apples formed around the tree. I jumped up grabbing an apple and taking a large bite out of it. I smiled, it tasted amazing! 'Thank you so much Shikoku! This would fix up the land!' I said happily wanting to jump into my mind and hug him. I laughed when Shikoku mumbled no. 'Is there a way to combine both jutsus into one?' I asked not wanting to use too much of his chakra each time.

'Yes but it's a jutsu that's been long lost before your time, no one living knows it' Shikoku said while I just admired our work. 'What's the signs?' I asked ready to perfect the jutsu.

'Bird, boar, tiger then bird again' as I did the signs I noticed the chakra coming to my hands. "Nature style life jutsu" I whispered as I put my hands over the new seed. I jumped out of the way when it also grew into an apple tree, the apples where already growing but this time green.

I grinned and took a bite of the delicious apples. "Mai what are you doing?" A voice said startling me. "Kakashi sensei I perfected my jutsu!" I said happy that Shikoku and I worked together for something that can change many lives. "Okay wanna show me?" I smirked and planted a seed in the ground and stood back. "You may wanna stand back too Kakashi sensei" I said as I did the required handsigns "Nature Style life jutsu" I whispered and planted my hands on the seed and stood back.

The tree grew which startled Kakashi as he looked at me shocked. "Wait there's more" I said waiting for the apples to grow. The red apples finished growing and I jumped up and grabbed the apple. I jumped back down to the shocked Kakashi and threw him an apple. "Taste it" I said, starting to feel woozy. He took a bite a bit and was surprised. "Wow this is good, what made you wanna learn this?" Kakashi said impressed and finishing the apple. "I noticed that this place was poor and lacking good produce" I smiled as I felt my self fall backwards, Kakashi seemed to catch me.

"Mai, you okay?" He said worry lacing his voice, I went to reply but blackness took over me and I felt my body go limp.
