Sasukes little rose

Chapter 28

Sasuke seemed to freeze in fear before turning to me. "Sasuke run!" I screamed as he wouldn't budge and Orochimaru came closer. "W-Wind Style Wind Slash Jutsu" I whispered using my hands to push slashes of air between Orochimaru causing him to jump back quickly as he looked at me. "Hmm it seems you weren't holding her tight enough Manda" Orochimaru said to the snake causing him to push even more weight down as I felt my ribs and everything begin to crush under pressure. "Ugh! Sasuke please run!" I screamed using my hands to try and relieve the weight but to no avail. Orochimaru went to walk to Sasuke again only this time to be interrupted by Naruto again. He pushed Orochimaru back before looking back at Sasuke. "Are you hurt..... Scaredy Cat?" Naruto said lowly looking at Sasuke. "Naruto..." I said before coughing, "seems she is running low on air" Orochimaru said before chuckling as they looked at me shocked. "I-I'm fine!" I yelled trying to breathe in more air but only able to grab little bits at a time.

Orochimaru then took this chance to wrap his tongue around Naruto bringing him closer to him as he lifted up Naruto's shirt. 'What is he doi-' "Naruto move!" I yelled realising what he was doing but it was too late. "Five prong sealing!" he said as he struck his hands on Narutos stomach. Naruto cried out in pain before he was thrown off the tree slowly falling. Sakura took this chance to throw a Kanai above him pinning his hoddie and himself to the tree. Sakura took a deep breath before going "Look Sasuke! Naruto tried to save your sister while your standing here being a coward!" Sakura yelled causing Sasuke to widen his eyes in shock that Sakura said that to him. He then looked at me as I nodded at him telling him that she's right. He eyes were filled with regret then going to anger before finally going to his Sharingan. I smiled as he finally was back to the brother I love.

Sasuke went at Orochimaru using this opportunity to beat him and take the scroll. I then tried to use this distraction to grab my katana from my back slowly moving as to not alert the snake. I quickly pulled my katana up regretting it when the sharp blade was facing the snake as it cut up the snake. "You human!" He yelled as he picked me up into the air and as I was falling he knocked me into the tree harshly causing me to cough up blood as I felt like my insides were exploding. "uck!" I yelled as I was falling down the tree, I looked down seeing the ground come closer and closer. I closed my eyes expecting the impact but nothing came. I felt something below me and a pair of arms, I looked up and it was Sasuke his sharigan still activated. I then looked down and saw the sand from Gaara somehow protected me. Sasuke slowly put me against the tree in a sitting up right position as I held my head back trying to take in air.

"I'll be back" Sasuke whispered as Orochimaru came over looking at us with a creepy smile. I watched as the sand slowly went back into the small gourd causing me to smile at the sand. 'Did I control it? Maybe Shikoku?' I thought as I put my attention back onto Sasuke. Orochimaru then pulled some hand signs and I looked at it in shock. 'NO way!' I thought before using the remaining of my strength to jump in front of Sasuke to feel his fangs dig into my neck causing an unbearable pain throughout my body. "Mai!" Sasuke yelled as I fell back into him. "D-Don't get hit by-" I began but my conscious was slowly disappearing allowing me to see Sasuke's worried face until complete darkness but somehow able to hear around me.

"Well it's my lucky day, I get two out of three Uchichas" Orochimaru yelled before I heard Sasukes agonising screams as I felt him drop beside me. I wanted to tell him I'm fine and that we'll be fine but I couldn't do anything. I couldn't move my body as I felt agonising pain and couldn't see anything. "Mai! Sasuke! Naruto!" I heard Sakuras voice as I realised that it's just her in the forest with no help. I felt and heard her mumble as she began to drag our bodies to an area, I can't say I enjoyed the ride but she's by herself so that's our fault. I felt pain began to get worse as I felt my consciousness disappear. 'Sorry Sakura' was my last thought.
