Sasukes little rose

Chapter 4

When we got there, to our surprise there Naruto was tied up and looking glum. I went over to free him when Kakashi stopped me. "He cheated and tried to eat first" was all he said before turning back to our team. "I've decided not to return you all back to the academy" Kakashi said while looking at all one by one. 'We couldn't have passed? Right?' I thought so myself before shock came when "I'm dropping you from the program immediately!" I was beyond shocked, can he even do that? Sasuke seemed to get angry as he charged at Kakashi with the intent to kill. Only for Sasuke to be pushed to the floor and stood on like a bug. Shocked I went to go help him but Kakashi put a Kunai at my throat. "Naruto kill Sasuke, Sakura kill Naruto or else Mai dies!" I froze and so did Sasuke, Naruto and Sakura looked frightened.  " is what would happen if missions go wrong" he said taking the Kunai away from my neck.

I released a breath I didn't know I was holding, I looked at Kakashi a frown on my face. Kakashi let Sasuke up and he went and stood beside me. Kakashi sighed "fine, I'll give you one more chance, Naruto doesn't get to eat as he cheated" then he disappeared. Sasuke and Sakura started eating as I just picked at food, too many thoughts on my mind. I then heard Narutos stomach growl.

I sighed holding the untouched bento to him, "Here have this Naruto, you need the strength" I said holding My chopsticks to his mouth. He happily took it while Sakura said "Mai what are you doing!! Are you stupid!? Kakashi said not to feed Naruto!" I cringed as she called me stupid, does she always say this stuff? Sasuke then did the same thing "No she's smart, Naruto will drag us down and we'll loose our second chance" shocked that he openly stood up for me, I smiled at him while using my chopsticks to grab the things he doesn't like out of the bento. Leaving him with his favourite, tomatoes.

Clouds came out of nowhere, lightning and wind picked up as well as thunder. "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING!?" Kakashi yelled getting into our faces. "H-he was hungry and we need to work together as a team to beat you" I said while they all agreed with me. Kakashi seemed happy as he said "You pass" I was shocked, wait we didn't need to battle again? "Missions are important to us as Ninja but those who abandon missions are scum, those who abandon their comrades are worse then scum" I smiled at his statement, it makes sense why we were all teamed up instead of solos. "Okay team 7, tomorrow we'll meet by the hokages office for your first mission" Kakashi said as he did a sign and disappeared. Little did I know my Sharingan caught it. I smirked, a new jutsu to practice.

Sasuke and I made our way to the compound when Sakura blurted out "Sasuke why don't we go back to yours and practice our teamwork" while winking. I almost gagged and laughed at her. "Your annoying, lets go Mai" was all Sasuke said almost making me laugh harder at her face.

"Why doesn't she learn, brother?" I said as I put my hands behind my head. "All fan girls are the same, I'm glad your not like that" he said with a disgusted look on his face. I giggled before asking "Sasuke, can you help me with a bit of genjutsu? I can activate it but can't keep it up for long" hoping to train with my brother. "Hn" he said with a smirk, happy he was actually needed by his younger sister. "You know you should eat more vegetables, you might actually grow taller" his smirk grew causing an irk mark on my head. "I am 2 years younger ya know!?" I said with a huff. He just patted my head and continued walking.
