#24 Humans in training

(Ethan's POV)

"I will attack you with something. You must shoot them with your arrows before it reaches you" sabi ni sir Denver.

"K whatever"

Akala ko madali. Akala ko kaya ko. Akala ko makakagalaw ako kaagad. Pero nung binato niya saakin yung mga malalaking puno, napatakbo na lang ako.

"WTF ano to!"

I ran and ran and ran. Sinubukan kong gamitin tong weapon ko pero masyado akong nagpapanic.

"Ethan ilag!" sabi ni Brianna the demon. She is the most trustworthy in all creatures with magics.

I know science, math, history, language,,  but I don't know this! Let me think. I have to think! Because my brain is the only thing I can use!

If I can use the direction of the attack,
With the wind speed,
With the mass and volume of my arrow,
With the angle of the surroundings,
With how fast I run

Maybe I can shoot it.

"Here goes" I said. Pinakiramdaman ko kung. Gaano kalakas yung ihip ng hangin. Kung malakas, mabilis malilipad yung arrow pero kung mahina, kailangan ko ng pwersa. The arrow I'm holdin is just about 24 inches long weight just like a pebble. I sense the wind, it's a bit fast.

Humarap na ako sa kanya. He's about to throw me a huge tree. The wind is going to my direction so kung itatapon niya ang puno, diretso saakin. Hinanda ko ang pana ko. As soon as I saw the tree about five neters away from me, binitawan ko na ang arrow.

My hypothesis is correct. I did turn the tree to dust.

"Good job Earth Human! That's yours now. You will use that in your mission. But please be careful" sir said and gave me a slight punch on the shoulder. I did it!  Bumalik ako sa mga kasama ko sabay high five.

"Nice one! Astig niyan ah" sabi ni Angelo at pinagmasdan ang bow at arrows. Binigyan ako ni sir ng isang bag full of arrows. Nilagay ko ito sa likod ko. This is nice. I feel strong hahaha

(Nichole's POV)

Palakpakan lang kami kay Ethan. He told us how he used math and science things to attack. Siyempre di ko maintindihan. Ako pa. Maya maya hinila ako nung tanda.

"Your turn"

Napanganga na lang ako. Ako naman? Anong gagawin ko? Babatuhan din ba niya ako ng puno?

"What weapon can you use?" sabi niya. Napaisip na lang ako.

"Para saan ba?"

"It will be your weapon. Well, Ethan can do archery so I have him those bow."

Since magnanakaw ako, at oo magnanakaw ako dahil di ko maiwasang di hawakan ang mga naoakakintab na bagay. So since magnanakaw ako, I use knives. But I don't want to use knives.

"Can I use whip?"

Medyo napataas ang kilay niya. "Can you use whip?" tanong  niya. Umiling ako. Napa facepalm siya.

"Hey man, I can use knives but I can't see me using a knife to kill-- I mean defeat bad guys."

In a swift move, may lumabas sa kamay niya. Wtf is this, hawakan ng espada?

"That's your whip."

Kingina? Hawakan lang to eh?! Isaksak ko kaya to sa lalamunan mo walanghiya!!!!!!!

"I know what you're thinking. You can only activate that with liquid. Any liquid. Since you belong to the group" sabi niya at binato saakin ang isang water bottle. Gusto kong isigaw sa kanya to, "GAGO" pero may galang naman ako.
