"What's your next plan?" Brian asked Miley as they headed to their next class. Chloe was there with them as well.
"Lana wanted us to meet at Rose Café after school." Miley responded.
"Are we still gonna assume that it was Lana who sent you those emails?" Brian questioned.
"Well she said that she knew Adam."
"Kinda." Chloe clarified.
"Right--kinda. But her parents and my brother were in some kinda business together. She's our only lead here."
Brian and Chloe nodded.
"Well you're not going alone. I'm coming with you." Chloe suggested.
"OK. What about you Bry?" Miley asked him.
"I'll meet you guys there. My car needs fixing and Collin insisted on helping me after school."
Miley nodded. "Sure." She then turned to Chloe. "Meet me in the lot immediately after school."
"I'll be there."
Miley nodded once more. They then went their separate ways to their respective classes. Miley and Brian headed to Chemistry, while Chloe headed to Physics.

Aiden and Paige went to their classes together since both were next door to each other.
"Am I the only one who found it weird that those three were looking for Lana?" Paige questioned curiously.
"No--I was wondering too." Aiden replied. "But I'm guessing it was for a good reason."
"Please. Nothing good comes out of that girl."
Aiden lightly chuckled. "I don't know why you don't like her so much."
"What do you mean? She's the one who doesn't like me."
"Sure. 'Cause she's dating your brother right?"
"That has absolutely nothing to do with it."
"Whatever." He glanced at her with a smirk on his face.
Paige spotted Jason coming from upstairs. He looked preoccupied.
"There's Jason." Paige pointed out.
Aiden spotted him afterwards.
"Hey Jay!" Aiden called out to him.
He swiftly turned his head towards the direction of the voice.
"Hey." He simply said.
Aiden sensed that something was wrong.
"Hey, are you OK?" He asked with concern in his voice.
Jason seemed very tense. "Ah--I don't know man. Have you seen Lana today?"
Aiden shook his head before responding. "No. We had two classes today but she wasn't at either one of them."
Jason began pacing back and forth.
"Have you tried calling her?" Aiden pressed on.
"I did--but she's not picking up."
"I'm sure she's fine." Paige simply stated. "She might have just forgotten her cellphone at home--or she's out getting a manicure or something."
"Whatever." Jason hissed.
"Hey relax." Aiden interjected, placing his hand on Jason's shoulder.
Jason sighed, which made him loosen up.
