(Y/n)'s POV
"(Y/N) (Y/N) (Y/N) (Y/N)!" I turn around to my name being yelled throughout the hallway.
I scanned the hall until my eyes laid upon Aphmau.
"Hey, Aph. How was prom with Aaron?" I ask. Aaron had told me a few days before prom that Aphmau had said yes.
She suddeny became flustered. "I-it was fun."
I grin. "I expect details. Anyways, what's up?"
"W-well. It's just that Aaron is graduating next week and I wanted to know if you could accompany me. You're the only other person I know who's close to Aaron." She explains.
I smile. "Sure, I'd love to go. Aaron's my friend and I probably won't be seeing him for a long time since he's going off to college. So I'd like to see him graduate."
"Really? Thank you so much, (Y/n)! I was afraid of going alone."
"You don't have to thank me."
"My mom can give you a ride if you want! We can pick you up, and take you home too if you need it." She says.
I nod. "Yeah, that'd be nice. Thanks, Aph."
The bell rings, signaling that it was time to go to class. "I'll text you my address. See you later."
"See you!"
I found it kind of weird to be spending time with Aphmau alone. We weren't the closest. But we were both close to Aaron. Plus, I guess it'd be nice to get to know her a little better.
~
The day has came. The second to last day of school. Also, the seniors graduation.
I was in my room, thinking of everything I'd need. My phone, and a portable charger is the only things I ended up taking.
Finals were over. I had passed every singe one. Of course, I was holding onto my math grade for dear life with a 70.2%. But I passed. Sophomore year was coming to an end.
"(Y/n)! Your friend is here to pick you up!" I hear my dad call.
I quickly make my way downstairs. My dad was at the doorway. And there stood a well dressed, excited Aphmau.
"Come on, (Y/n)! I wanna get a good seat!" She exclaims.
I nod and make my way towards my dad. I kiss his cheek and then walk out with Aphmau.
"Hey, girl!" Sylvanna greets as I hop into the backseat of their car. Aphmau got in the front.
"Hi, Sylvanna. How are you?" I ask politey.
"Oh, I'm good! Thank you for asking! But I'd be better if Aphmau wasn't on her way to see that boy." She muttered the last part.
"What was that, mom?" Aph asks.
"Oh, nothing!" Sylvanna laughs nervously.
Aphmau shakes her head and looks up ahead.
Not even five minutes later, we make it to Phoenix Drop High.
"Thank you for the ride, Sylvanna." I smile at her.
Sylvanna smiles back. "Anytime, (Y/n)! Okay Aphmau, mija, be good. Remember your manners and keep your hands to yourself." She instructs.
I can't help but giggle.
Aphmau's face becomes red with embarrassment. "Mom!"
"Bye, mija!" Sylvanna drives off.
