(Y/n)'s POV

"Hey, (Y/n)!" I could faintly hear Cadenza calling me in the hallway. The halls were filled with lots of talk today. It was the last day of school after all.

"Oh, hey Cadenza. I haven't seen you in awhile." I say.

"I know! Has Laurance told you about the sleepover?" She asks.

I give her a confused look, then shake my head. "What sleepover?"

"Oh, stupid Laurance." Cadenza sighs. "We're hosting a small sleepover and inviting all our friends. We're leaving to our family's farm in a few days so we decided to have a little fun with our friends before we leave for two months."

Cadenza reaches into her bag and pulls out an envelope. "You already know our address and everything, but I made an invitation for you anyway."

I smile and recieve the invitation. "Thank you, I'll be there."

"Great! Now I need to go find Garroth!" Cadenza walks off to the direction of Garroth's locker.

I look down at the envelope in my hand. The sleepover was tomorrow night. I wonder who else is going.

"Hey (Y/n), what do you got there?" I look up to see some baby blue eyes looking down at me.

"Oh y'know, just the invitation to the sleepover that you haven't told me about." I shrug.

Laurance chuckles and scratches his neck nervously. "Heh, I forgot about that."

I roll my eyes playfully and close my locker. "Obviously."

"So are you going?"

"Of course. It's the last time I'm going to be able to see you until August."

"Right." He frowns. "It's gonna be a long two months.

"At least we live in 2018. We have skype, facetime, discord and all that other shit." I say as I finish emptying out my locker and shut it for the last time this year.

He sighed. "Yeah, I don't get to hug you or anything but at least I get to see your face and hear your voice."

I blush lightly and smile. "Yeah. The two months will go by fast, I swear."

The bell rings, signaling that it was time to go to class. "Come on, I'll walk you to your homeroom."

"Then you'll be late."

"I don't care. It's the last day. What are they going to do? Suspend me? I don't think so." Laurance chuckles and takes my backpack from me.

"Hey! I can at least carry my own stuff." I protest.

"I know." Laurance walks towards my homeroom.

I groan and catch up to him. Once I'm at his side, I interlace my fingers with his.

When I got home, I took out all my books from my backpack and put in some pajamas, an extra pair of clothes, a swimsuit and a towell since Cadenza's invitation said there would be a pool involved. I also packed my everyday necessities like my hair brush and took brush. I also took my charger.

Afterwards, my dad took me to to the Zvhal's house.

"What time will I be picking you up tomorrow?" My dad asks.

"Don't worry about it, dad. Laurance already said he could take me home tomorrow."

"Hmm. Okay then. Less money for me to spend on gas, after all!" He cheered. "I'll see you tomorrow, okay?"
