Im Nayeon had not expected to see her college friends in her café. Especially Mark and Lisa. The last news she'd heard of them was about six months ago. And that news happened to be that Mark was teaching in another city, and Lisa was out of the country.
"Nayeon..." Mark and Lisa both managed to breathe out at the same time. The two friends were surprised as well. They thought Nayeon had gone somewhere far to work.
"It's been a while," Mark said.
'How long exactly?' He silently pondered to himself.
She looked slightly different with dark brown hair and glasses. However her trademark bunny teeth were there to remind people that she didn't care for braces.
"I guess it has," Nayeon gulped. Her friends had aged since the last time she'd seen them. Aside from new hair colors, she could see how their faces had matured over time.
"You're the manager?" Mark asked, looking at her silver name tag.
"And owner," she replied.
Lisa had not said anything else, and only continued to stare at the girl.
Growing uncomfortable, Nayeon looked around the room as a way of escape. As her eyes locked onto Yoobin who was walking over with a tray of cups, she internally sighed with relief.
"Well it was nice catching up, but I've gotta go. Your drinks are on the way. I hope you enjoy your meal!" Nayeon bid cheerfully, before walking away as fast as possible.
Not taking any glances back, she slipped through her kitchen door. As her employees were busy bustling around, she stopped in front of an empty counter. Placing her hands on the silver surface, she heaved deep breaths.
'No, no, no. This can't be happening!'

"Who was that?" BamBam asked the two older ones, as the manager walked away.
"Uh... just an old friend," Mark answered.
"Mark's old friend, not mine," Lisa muttered.
She glared at Mark, who in turn rolled his eyes.
"Umm... okay," BamBam said, not wanting to press. He knew well to avoid his sister's wrath.

After getting out of Mark's car, the trio walked to Lisa and BamBam's house. On the front steps, Lisa told BamBam to go in first.
"B-but!" BamBam tried to resist. He hated that his sister always ordered him around. But the fierce glare she sent his way was enough to make him scramble through the door. However, unbeknownst to his sister, BamBam was listening in from behind the slightly open entrance.
"Do you still keep in touch with the others?" Lisa asked Mark.
"Who?" Mark tried to pretend he was ignorant.
"You know who I mean!"
"Fine. Some of them I do. I regularly keep in contact with Jackson and Jinyoung, but I haven't seen or spoken to Nayeon in maybe a year?"
"Jaebum?"
"I try not to."
"What about her?"
"You can say her name you know."
Lisa crossed her arms as if to say 'Do you think I care?'
"Just answer me!"
"Yes. I do talk to Hyojung a lot."
"Of course you do."
Mark groaned. Lisa could be such a brat when she was pissed.
"Is there a point to this conversation?" Mark asked, slightly peeved.
"Sana is coming back from Japan this week," Lisa answered.
"And?"
"Just letting you know she's still single."
Mark gave no reply and Lisa let out an annoyed groan. Tossing on her heel, she called out back to him,
"For once in your life you need to realize that there's someone better in this world who is willing to actually love you."

ARE YOU GUYS READY FOR YES OR YES?? Honestly looking at the "dark" teasers I didn't even suspect it would be a mature concept lol. And when I heard the teaser my guess was confirmed. But anyways they look so good!!They haven't had a Halloween concept since TT and I am so ready!!!
