Nayeon groaned as she stacked the last of the chairs on top of the table. Even though it was Saturday, the café was somehow not busy, so she'd let the employees off early. However because of that, she had to do all the cleaning and closing up the shop by herself.
She was just about to go into the kitchen to check if everything was put away correctly, when the bell on the door chimed loudly.
Nayeon turned around to see a familiar face poked through the entrance.
"Hi..." he awkwardly smiled. "Are you still open?"
"M-mark?" she questioned, not expecting to see him. However before she could completely blank out, she realized she needed to respond.
"Oh u-um, I was just closing up the café but I can set up one table," she said, starting to take down a chair.
"Oh no no." Mark quickly ran towards Nayeon stopping her from lifting the other chairs. "I just wanted to see if you were free to talk today. We can go somewhere else once you're done here."

"So how've you been?" Mark asked Nayeon at the table they were sitting at.
"I've been fine," she replied, focused on stirring her drink with her straw.
"I didn't know you were back. I thought you were working in a high class restaurant."
"Aha... for a few months I did, but I decided to come back around a month ago to open up my own place."
Mark nodded.
"So what about you? I thought you left to teach somewhere else, but I heard you've been at our old high school."
"Well that was the plan but at the last second, Jinyoung was able to get his dad to offer me a job, so I stayed."
"That's nice. How is he? I haven't seen a lot of the others since the um..."
"Fight?"
"Yeah..."
"It's okay. You don't have to act reserved about it around me."
"Ahh... I mean I honestly still can't believe how much our group just split afterwards, and I kinda left right when I was needed..."
"Nayeon just because you left when we were all going our separate ways, it doesn't mean you should feel responsible. Everyone knew you were going, so we don't blame you."
"But Lisa does."
"You don't know that—"
"Mark don't try to deny it. I was supposed to be there but I wasn't. And when I finally could, I sided with Hyojung. That's what drove Lisa to hate us."
