Liam knew Jason, Jacie and Jonathan had most likely made it to Las Vegas by now. He just hoped he could find them... what he had to say was very urgent. Jason probably didn't know what happened to Nicky. He had to tell them. Maybe Jason would know what to do?

He guessed they would be hiding near the main facility, so he circled around it several times until he decided to look in an empty building a little ways away. The door was locked, but that couldn't keep him out. He rammed his body against it until it broke open, but then was surprised to be tackled to the floor by a random person.

"I surrender!" Liam shouted in astonishment, nearly going blind by a flashlight being shone in his face.

"Liam!" Jonathan exclaimed, pulling Brian off of him. "What on earth are you doing here?"

Jason helped him up, but Liam didn't have to say a thing for him to guess what might have possibly happened. "Where's Nicky?"

Liam's expression made their hearts sink. "She was taken... we were attacked. I was knocked out before I could do anything to help. For some reason, they left me. I guess they only needed her."

Jason couldn't believe how bad things were going. At one moment Jacie and Nicky are free then they're captured the next. It seemed like there was a cycle of them getting captured, being rescued, getting captured, being rescued. Then it clicked. Someone in their group had betrayed them... obviously more than once.

"Who's that?" Liam suddenly asked, pointing at the man sitting on the floor, hands cuffed behind his back, looking quite angry.

"Mr. Bundy," Jason said.

"THE Mr. Bundy?" Liam was shocked.

Brian put up his hands, confused. "Whoa, whoa. You thought this man was Mr. Bundy? No, no. This is Doctor Richards... the man who's in charge of the tests."

Jason looked at Jonathan in alarm. James had tricked them again. First he made them think he was innocent, then he made them think this man was Mr. Bundy. What else had he tricked them about? Jason was tired of playing games. This was going down, no matter how long it would take.

He went over to the man, grabbed his hair and made him look him in the eye. "Where are they keeping Jacie?"

"I already told you... I don't know anything about that," he replied, then half smiled. "But don't think the process will be stopped because you have me. I taught ten other people all I know. There is no way you can stop this. You don't even know half of it."

Jason punched him. "Then tell me!"

Brian pulled him back. "It's not worth it. This man has been trained to withstand any type of torture. His knowledge won't be of much use to us anyway. We just need to know where Jacie and Nicky are, then stop the experiments and get out of here before we're caught again."

"But... aren't there more places like this?" Jonathan asked.

"We'll have to just start with this one," Brian replied. "There are lives at stake here. I want to get them out before we try to gather any more information. Who knows what James will do to them."

"Wait... James? You saw James?" Liam asked.

"Yes... he's... basically the boss," Jonathan told him.

Liam's eyebrows knit together. "How does that work?"

Jason sighed. "Enough. We need to make a plan."

"I agree," Liam nodded. "I guess I should mention that they will be starting the experiments in an hour."

Jonathan glared at him suspiciously. "How do you know that?"

"I'm guessing they recently captured her, and it takes at least two hours to get her DNA and process it, then they will start the experiments."

Doctor Richards started chuckling, only to get a kick in the stomach from Brian. "Shut up." He turned to Jonathan. "We'll have to leave you here to keep an eye on him. The rest of us will sneak in. Jason, I think we should leave it up to you to find the girls. Liam and I can crash the party. Does everyone agree with that?"

Jason and Liam glanced at each other for a brief moment before nodding. Jonathan rolled his eyes and folded his arms. "Sure... you guys have all the fun."

Brian smiled. "Don't feel too left out. This one will be a handful."

Jonathan looked down at Doctor Richards, who was creepily smiling up at him. He cringed, causing Brian to chuckle.

"Just... hurry," Jonathan told them, waving them off.

Jason, Brian and Liam quietly made their way back to the building. Now that they knew Brian wasn't on their side anymore, it would be harder to get in, but, not many things like this are impossible for Jason.

Following his lead, Liam and Brian helped Jason get in one of the high windows of the building. Liam got rid of the camera and Brian kept watch. Once Jason was inside, they could take turns getting in the same way. Jason headed straight for the elevator that James had taken Jacie to. No one was around this area... something didn't seem right.

Deciding not to take the elevator, he went back to the lab, only to find that they were two hours in to the experiments. They had already taken poor Jacie's blood. He hoped he wasn't too late to save her and that Brian and Liam could stop this before it moved any further.

But then he spotted something new in this room. It was a large cage like thing, and it contained three children. None of them were Jacie, but they were all younger than she was. Two girls and a boy. Jason crouched down up on the railings above this room to see if he could get any information.

"See children, this is the proper way to make an army, not like you," one scientist man said to them in disgust.

Jason's eyebrows raised. These children were failed attempts? He had to get them out of here. He wasn't sure what they'd do to them once they had everything they wanted, but first, he had to get Jacie out and hopefully find Nicky as well.

Just as he got up to leave, someone kicked him in the side so hard he fell over and couldn't breathe. He then saw James standing over him with a horrible glare on his face. "What are you doing?" He asked.

"That's none of your business," Jason replied angrily, kicking James's legs to make him fall over, and then jumped up. He knew that if he could win, he could force James to tell him where Jacie was.

Everything happened so fast, it was hard to think of what to do next, but luckily, Jason had fast reflexes. James jumped to his feet and began to attack him with every bit of energy he possibly had. James was a lot larger than Jason, but he used his own energy against him long enough until he could get a good punch in.

James fell to the ground with a loud thud. By now, everyone knew they were up there. Since James seemed to be passed out, he wouldn't have time to drag him somewhere. He had to get out before he was caught or killed. If he was taken, then Jacie wouldn't have any chance of escape.

Jason fled the scene, making his way to the elevator, but Brian caught up with him before he could get in. "We have to go!" Brian told him urgently. "Liam was taken and the whole building is looking for us! We have to abort the mission! Now!"

Jason couldn't think of why this had gone so wrong, but maybe this could help him find out who had betrayed them, besides James. He just hoped it wasn't Brian, but right now... they really did have to go. There was no way they could get to Jacie with everyone looking for them. They would have to get out and make a better, more thorough plan for next time. "Please forgive me, Jacie," he said under his breath before following Brian to their escape route.

Sorry this is so late. I know it's short, but I'll do better on the next one. Please leave a like and comment if you would like! Thanks for reading!
